What a pleasure to work with this company. Their customer service answered the call right away and gave me an appointment for the next day. My technician was Lou R and he called me prior to the appt as I requested. Lou explained the replacement door opener that I needed and the necessary repairs to the garage door and gave me some options. There was no hard selling and I didn't feel pressured at all. He was very courteous and professional and you could tell he really enjoys what he does. Without a doubt I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

From the initial service call with Kevin S I was pleased with my decision to call Precision right off the bat. He was on time for the appointment/estimate and armed with many options to fit my budget. Then the door team stepped in. Kenny and Jason P who showed up in the rain to install my double wide door and I couldn't be more pleased with the final product. Definitely would recommend Precision to anyone!

The Tech's name was Kevin. He called and arrived 15 minutes early. He was polite and professional. He explained why I needed a new Door opener and had replacements on his truck which was great. He replaced the opener in about 45 minutes and had everything coded and ready to go. Everything was clean and all garbage removed. Perfect!!

Tim Arrived at my home at the time he had stated. He explained the workings of the garage door and I settled on replacing the worn parts and safety cables he had noted. Tim was very professional, pleasant and has a in-depth knowledge of garage doors. I was impressed with his workmanship and how quick he replaces the parts. It was a pleasure to watch a craftsman at his craft. When Tim left my home my garage door was working like it was new. I have just one comment. If you charge $69 for a service call that should be waived if there is work preformed but charged if no work is done. Thank You , David Lewis

Picked your name from a phone book. Service was wonderful. Kevin was terrific. He answered all our questions and took ample time to make sure we were comfortable with your product. In the future, Precision will be the first company I call if and when I need help with anything related to garage doors. My husband was so impressed with Kevin. Excellent service from scheduling the appointment, to the service performed. The technician, Kevin Nix was very professional, informative and courteous. He explained that given the age of the garage door opener, the gears were stripped and a new one needed to be installed. He gave me different options, answered my questions and then installed a new opener and keypad. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door service.

Called for garage door opener repair. Was able to schedule appointment within a couple of days. Gaetano called when he was about 20 minutes away, so I didn't have to sit in my house waiting all day. He was very pleasant when he showed up. He assessed the problem, fixed it fairly quickly and made some recommendations for the future without being overly pushy. He was the utmost professional with a bit of a personal touch, without being too chatty. I would definitely recommend this company.

We awoke to broken springs on our garage door. Also the housing which connects the door to the opening mechanism was no longer attached to each other. Essentially, our cars were locked in the garage. Precision sent 2 technicians (Vince and Kevin) in a very timely manner. Both Vince and Kevin appeared knowledgeable and assessed the repairs. We were offered options for necessary repairs as well as potential upgrades to consider. The work completed efficiently with clean up afterwards. Our experience with this company was very positive .
