The service guy "Chris" showed up as promised and had the necessary parts to fix the opener, actually two mechanisms needed repair...and, less than an hour had both working again. He also checked out the total operating mechanisms for both openers and made some excellent recommendations going forward to keep them in good working order. Thanks, Bill

Precision Door Service and technician Charles did a great job. The chain broke on my 30 year old opener. Charles showed up within 90 minutes of my call, and the new motor and track was installed in another 90 minutes. He assessed the situation, gave me some options, and recommended I replace the motor & track. He also found that the springs were not properly installed. He installed the new motor, track, and corrected the springs so they now assist in pulling/holding the door up. The new motor works great. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Precision Door service and Charles to anyone.

When he call to confirm he was very pleasant and professional. Upon arrival he quickly diagnosed problem and explained options to me. Precision deserves our business. These guys really are on a different level. The tech on this call, Glenn G, was just terrific. Fast, excellent service; fixed the problem with our existing door bracket efficiently and courteously. It really has been a pleasure to do business with Precision and with the techs we've met. On this call, Glenn really went above and beyond, and once again we are really glad we used Precision. I don't know what their hiring and/or training entails, but when it comes to personnel, Precision really does seem to have some kind of business formula we could all learn from. Using them really is an education.

Your worker did a great job. I am not sure of the name of the parts, but I know he had to replace springs, wire for the door and a metal piece that had bent and to be replaced. I believe this had to be done on both sides.

Mark came to fix our garage door opener. Somehow all codes were wiped out and we couldn't program our cars or our keypad. He was very nice and knew what to do right away. He fixed our problem in a couple of minutes and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Precision again and recommend them to a friend.

The repairman, George, explained the options and costs for fixing our garage door, a very professional presentation. We chose the more expensive option because it seemed the most cost effective. He replaced the springs, one of which had snapped, and suggested some other needed replacements. We are very satisfied with the results, and appreciated the quick service.

Technician called 22 minutes early to say that he would be on time. Arrived in easily identified work uniform and asked about the problem with one of my garage doors. I showed him what the existing problem was and how I recently had installed new sensors. We concluded that the sensors that I had picked up were not compatible with my opener. I opted to purchase a new opener and have him do the installation. His work was quick and impeccable. I will request to have him return in the spring to replace the other opener. At first I was ambivalent about the service fee, but after meeting the technician, his professionalism and knowledge made it an easy decision that I needed his services. I am glad I googled garage door opener repairs and found precision.
