What a pleasure to work with this company. Their customer service answered the call right away and gave me an appointment for the next day. My technician was Lou R and he called me prior to the appt as I requested. Lou explained the replacement door opener that I needed and the necessary repairs to the garage door and gave me some options. There was no hard selling and I didn't feel pressured at all. He was very courteous and professional and you could tell he really enjoys what he does. Without a doubt I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

From the initial service call with Kevin S I was pleased with my decision to call Precision right off the bat. He was on time for the appointment/estimate and armed with many options to fit my budget. Then the door team stepped in. Kenny and Jason P who showed up in the rain to install my double wide door and I couldn't be more pleased with the final product. Definitely would recommend Precision to anyone!

The Tech's name was Kevin. He called and arrived 15 minutes early. He was polite and professional. He explained why I needed a new Door opener and had replacements on his truck which was great. He replaced the opener in about 45 minutes and had everything coded and ready to go. Everything was clean and all garbage removed. Perfect!!

The service technician was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He was on time, didn't waste time and explained everything. I believe the work was top drawer. The door works well now. I appreciate the fact that the technician didn't try to over sell products but gave me what I need to have my door operate efficiently for a long time.
