My garage door was opening and closing continually on its own, a definite safety and security problem. I called Precision of Morris County and was pleased to hear that a tech could be at my residence the same day. Lou R. And Michael arrived within an hour of my call. Lou diagnosed the problem and explained my options. I decided to replace the aging Liftmaster,springs, cables and remote controls. I also wanted sensors installed because my old system lacked them. I was very happy with Rick your technician. I didn't even have to be there so I didn't have to wait around. He just called me when he finished and I gave him my credit card info. I had a new back up battery installed and he did a maintenance check as well. Also, I only made the appt. the day before and was accommodated the next day!
