Tim Arrived at my home at the time he had stated. He explained the workings of the garage door and I settled on replacing the worn parts and safety cables he had noted. Tim was very professional, pleasant and has a in-depth knowledge of garage doors. I was impressed with his workmanship and how quick he replaces the parts. It was a pleasure to watch a craftsman at his craft. When Tim left my home my garage door was working like it was new. I have just one comment. If you charge $69 for a service call that should be waived if there is work preformed but charged if no work is done. Thank You , David Lewis

Picked your name from a phone book. Service was wonderful. Kevin was terrific. He answered all our questions and took ample time to make sure we were comfortable with your product. In the future, Precision will be the first company I call if and when I need help with anything related to garage doors. My husband was so impressed with Kevin. He expected so-so service, but was completely surprised by the professional and courteous service rendered by Kevin.

Excellent service from scheduling the appointment, to the service performed. The technician, Kevin Nix was very professional, informative and courteous. He explained that given the age of the garage door opener, the gears were stripped and a new one needed to be installed. He gave me different options, answered my questions and then installed a new opener and keypad. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door service.

Called for garage door opener repair. Was able to schedule appointment within a couple of days. Gaetano called when he was about 20 minutes away, so I didn't have to sit in my house waiting all day. He was very pleasant when he showed up. He assessed the problem, fixed it fairly quickly and made some recommendations for the future without being overly pushy. He was the utmost professional with a bit of a personal touch, without being too chatty. I would definitely recommend this company.

Precision took my call mid morning, and a few hours later Kevin N was here to program our keypads and remotes, as well as replace rollers and pulleys. We awoke to broken springs on our garage door. Also the housing which connects the door to the opening mechanism was no longer attached to each other. Essentially, our cars were locked in the garage. Precision sent 2 technicians (Vince and Kevin) in a very timely manner. Both Vince and Kevin appeared knowledgeable and assessed the repairs. We were offered options for necessary repairs as well as potential upgrades to consider. The work completed efficiently with clean up afterwards. Our experience with this company was very positive .

Kevin phoned early to ask if our appt. could be earlier as his previous job required less time than required. Great, glad that he moved our appt. up. Arrived within twenty minutes and proceeded to replace weatherstripping and performed maintenance on entire unit. Politely addressed extra concerns re: cables & pulleys. I gracefully declined Kevin's concerns. Total transparency re: work performed and pricing. Very professional and efficient. Wished that other businesses possessed a similar business model. Will recommend to neighbors for theirs & my future repairs.

Chose Precision Door not only based on website but also from great Angie's List recommendations and am very happy with the decision. Super easy to make appointment, they accommodated my work schedule timing perfectly. Our technician Kevin N arrived during a 20degree snowstorm, completed the assessment and actual work of replacing the 24 year old opener and door "working hardware" cheerfully, competently, and efficiently; despite the weather we could see he was very thorough. Very professional and polite, I highly recommend Kevin N as well as Precision of NJ! Will be posting an additional recommendation on Angie's List. Thanks Precision, my 83 year old Dad no longer has to play games with a finicky garage!

I had two new garage door openers installed. Excellent service. Kevin, the technician, carefully explained the product, helped ensure the needed electrical work was done, and clearly demonstrated everything he had installed. He was professional and well informed. Also very neat. If it hadn't been for the fact that I needed an electrician, the garage door openers would have been installed within 12 hours of my call. I am very happy with your service and love the motion sensor lights on the openers. I definitely would recommend your company.
