Brian came to my home to install a new garage door opener, I didn't realize the importance of the hardware that went along with the opener itself. Brian explained in detail, remove the existing opener, replace cables, rollers etc. When he was done he left the area cleaner than how he found it. I would recommend Precision to anyone. One last thing is thay came out on a Sunday & it wasn't an emergency

Brian Hallock did an excellent job. Frigid cold had apparently affected the circuits and the battery in the remote. The temp went up overnight and the door was actually working okay when he arrived. But he checked everything out just to make sure, changed the battery in the remote, and gave the rod and spring the once over to make sure there was no deterioration. I hope I don't have to call you folks again anytime soon, but the service was excellent, and I appreciated the Sunday call pickup to schedule the service.

Had an appointment within two days of calling for service. Technician was knowledgeable & efficient. In and out in one hour. Had two new springs & two cables installed. I thought that the price was a little high for this service. Only reason not a 5 is the cost.

I had problems with both garage door openers. Neither was reliable, so leaving for work involved taking another 10 minutes to get the garage door to close. Precision fixed everything in one day. Both openers needed to be replaced. Everything was replaced and programmed. Now I can use either door. I used another company a few years ago and was not satisfied at all. Precision impressed by their professionalism and work quality. I will not have to deal with garage door problems for years.

Rob was extremely polite, called 1/2 hour before arriving exactly on time and did a thorough explanation of what he observed, honored our coupon and replaced our keypad that was malfunctioning. He provided materials on the product so we will know how to reprogram the keypad and mentioned how to change battery as well. Lou Rowek did such an outstanding job fixing my garage door opener, that before he left I asked him if he could fix my broken refrigerator. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Service. They came with in less than 24 hours of calling them. Lou was my technician and went out of his way to help me to the fullest. I was laid up with a back and leg issue. He explained and showed me everything that he was going to do. He made me so at ease knowing that the job was in such good hands. I had Precision put in the some 15 plus years ago. They have always stood behind their product and their technicians like Lou make it so easy to work with the company. Five stars plus in my book.

Lou was courteous, friendly, prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He taught me how to replace the (dead) batteries in my remote as well as the keypad battery, then went to work refastening wires and cables that a painter had loosened in the garage.
