The young man who serviced our broken garage door, Kevin, never complained about being out in the bitter cold temperature and was very polite and professional. When I needed garage door repair, I checked the internet and Precision caught my eye right away. When I read the reviews I felt I found the right place and could not believe it was that easy. Well done. The technician explained in clear terms why I have a problem with our garage door. During the installation a year ago I wish they would have told me that I would have a problem if the left sensor does not show a red light. It means it is not communicating with the right sensor. Precision explained and solved my problem.

It was 8 degrees out and our door would not shut. They were super busy, but fit us in. Our tec was super nice and went out of his way. We use to use a different company, but we will use precision all the time and would definitely recommend them. Our door was less then a year and a half old.

Kevin was my Precision Garage Repair Technician. Kevin arrived promptly, addresses my repair issues and commenced repairing the garage door. Kevin located the problem in the keypad. He explained the cost of the repair and ensured the repair was correct before leaving. We were very impressed with the service we received from Precision. I called yesterday and was given an appointment today for repair of a garage door. The technician, Chris, was on time and, as promised, called about 20 minutes prior to his arrival. We were very impressed with Chris's professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency. He gave us two choices for repair of the door--short term (cheaper) and long term, with absolutely no pressure to do the latter (which we did). We would certainly use Precision for any future work, and would request that Chris do the work. We could not have been more pleased with Chris or the work he did.

I was very impressed with your service from start to finish. I called about 4pm about a problem I was having and the representative I spoke with scheduled an appointment the very next day. I received an email confirmation of the appointment within a few minutes including pictures of the technicians so I would recognize the person who came. My technician, Gaetano, called shortly before arriving; something I really appreciate. He diagnosed the problem with my old garage door opener and laid out my options. I decided it was time for a new one especially since I wanted one of the newer features now available, a battery back-up. He installed it very quickly, cleaned everything up & removed the old opener. I'm very happy with the new one. It is much quieter than the old one and the battery back-up gives me some peace of mind.

The team from Precision are great to work with. My whole experience from the sales team to coordination and installation was simple and painless. The install crew did their job very well. They were quick, clean and precise. My favorite and probably a stupid item was how clean they ran the wires for the garage door opening module. They ran it for two garage door opening motors, wires are nice and tucked away. Job well done Precision. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for garage replacement or service. Even though I haven't used their service yet, if it is anything like the new install, I am sure I'll be happy with it.

The service technician was very professional and he did a great job. He diagnosed the problem quickly and clearly explained what was needed. The technician is a credit to Precision! I opted to have two springs replaced, but decided against a (needed) pair of sensors since the quoted price for these items was excessive.

Previous experience with your company when you installed new and updated garage openers, led me to go back to you for a repair of one garage opener part. Your serviceman, Kevin, arrived within the promised time frame, calling while on the way, and when arrived. He easily sized up the job involved, gave me the standard quote, and completed the repair in good time. Then to my surprise and delight he said there would be no charge because it is considered an extension of the original installation service and warranty.

The service Precision provided was exceptional. From the time I called to when their service technician arrived was a matter of a few hours, not days. The technician was excellent at diagnosing the problem with our garage door opener and in offering suggestions and remedies to fix the problem, which was ultimately to replace an age old unit we had been using that failed. He was in and out within an hour and a half and we are up and running smooth again. Great response time and expert competence by the technician. 5 stars!
