I was very happy with Rick your technician. I didn't even have to be there so I didn't have to wait around. He just called me when he finished and I gave him my credit card info. I had a new back up battery installed and he did a maintenance check as well. Also, I only made the appt. the day before and was accommodated the next day! Very impressed with Precision Door Service.

5 stars!!! The service technician was very helpful, courteous, and professional. I had a repair done just in time to meet my 5 year warranty on labor. I actually had been putting it off thinking it was going to be expensive, and it turned out costing me nothing because of the lifetime warranty on parts. We're so happy because we use our garage door a lot. Bringing groceries in the house is going to be a lot easier again. Thanks Chris!

He diagnosed the issue with our current garage door opener (which was 13 years old) and recommended installing a new one rather than repairing the old. He was personable, efficient, and neat. 5* Chris was knowledgable and courteous and gave clear explanations of problems and remedies. He did a rebuild on the door and replaced the assembly. Chris paid close attention to the sounds the doorr made while opening n closing to be sure it was opening and closing properly. He made necessary adjustments until all was operating smoothly. My only complaint was the cost of each remedy.

I was in the market for some new garage doors and called Precision. They promptly returned my call and then scheduled an appointment. Technician Tim Rainey called ahead and then showed up on time. Tim took the time to explain all aspects/features of getting a new set of doors, inspected my existing set, pointed out the good and not so good, and made appropriate recommendations. I did not feel pressured to buy right then and there and Tim also did not try to push me into something I didn't want or need. Tim treated my wife with the same respect as he did me, made us both feel comfortable, and answered all of our questions. I have not made a decision yet, but Precision is at the top of my list.
