Lou Rowek did such an outstanding job fixing my garage door opener, that before he left I asked him if he could fix my broken refrigerator. Lou was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and solved the problem immediately. Before Lou left I asked him a question about how do I disengage the door in case of a power failure. Lou did not hesitate, and took the time to show me until I "got it." Lou is an asset to his Company, and so glad that I called Precision for help. Kathleen Horton.

I would highly recommend Precision Garage Service. They came with in less than 24 hours of calling them. Lou was my technician and went out of his way to help me to the fullest. I was laid up with a back and leg issue. He explained and showed me everything that he was going to do. He made me so at ease knowing that the job was in such good hands. I had Precision put in the some 15 plus years ago. They have always stood behind their product and their technicians like Lou make it so easy to work with the company. Five stars plus in my book.

Lou was courteous, friendly, prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He taught me how to replace the (dead) batteries in my remote as well as the keypad battery, then went to work refastening wires and cables that a painter had loosened in the garage. He checked all the mechanisms and lubricated the moving parts. Very quick and efficient. I continue to recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends.

The only reason I didn't rate them 5 stars was I thought the price was very excessive for 80 minutes of work. I chose to pay because I was pressed for time and needed the door repaired on short notice, otherwise I would have bought the parts and fixed it myself, or shopped around for a better price. The technician was very professional and did a good job. I liked that I was able to call at 10pm on a Friday night and schedule an appointment for the next afternoon. That made the price a bit more tolerable.

We keep getting an error message (42 - excessive force). This is from the motor which Precision Door did not install. The technician who came was Lou. He was punctual, thorough, knowledgeable, and very informative in explaining the possibilities for the error as well as the options we have going forward. Lou is very professional and passionate about his work.

Chris saved my hide!!!! What a great guy, Chris came right away and although the garage door was really jammed he did not give up until he fixed it. He saved me thousands of dollars and the wrath of my husband when he got home LOL. 5 star rating. I would definitely use Precision again!
