To: Michael Brickner, President Now a days no one takes the time to write a letter (email) about the outstanding service they receive. Today, I meet your employee, Shane Havrilla. I called the company this morning because when I got up I found my garage door was open. I called the police and my next call was to Precision Garage Door. They had given me an estimate on another garage door I needed to replace, Michael Porta was the sales person. Shane came the same day and not only got the door to close but he did a fantastic job in securing the door so no one could get back in. He was professional and explained to me what he was going to do so I would understand, my main concern was to be safe and he did just that. We had a broken spring/cable on a very heavy garage door. Precision was the first company I called and they booked our appointment to fix the problem almost immediately. The technician was so communicative in when he would arrive, he explained the issue easily and fixed it in what seemed like a snap. Reasonable price, quick and easy, and friendly. Great company. Hope not to need them again but if I do, I know who I’m calling!

Made an appointment for an estimate to replace 2 noisy door openers. John D arrived on time worked up an estimate and clearly explained options. After applying appropriate discounts, I agreed and was pleasantly surprised that he could do the job immediately, since his truck was supplied with everything needed. He completed the task quickly and was joined by an associate, Kilian, who assisted. He walked me through the programming and phone app. Both of these men were wonderful and friendly, answered all my concerns. The opener works perfectly and I would certainly recommend them and Precision Door for any garage door issues in the future.
