On in 15th of Jan. 2023 your tech named Ethan TsIrulik came to my home to install an electric garage door opener. The service tech was terrific--the young fellow knows his craft, he is confident of his skills, he allows any and all questions posed to him, and to say he is personable clearly was surely evident. My experience with the service was outstanding, from the initial call to the completed job. The garage expert, Matthew D arrived on time after calling to ensure we were home. He professionally assessed our situation and gave us options on how to deal it. He was able to replace the broken unit and ensure our garage door worked perfectly. Throughout he was very customer oriented-- he answered our questions and made sure we were happy with the work. I would highly recommend Matthew and the company for garage door work!

Brain Hallock did a great job, quick, and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. He fixed the springs/pulleys by doing a conversion kit which previously had a sprint mechanism that ran straight across. Under an hour and he was done!

5 stars for Mark. He was outstanding. professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. A real asset to your organization. The whole experience with Precision, since the first estimate has been above my expectations until the very end. After returning my car to the garage, and closing, the door continues to go up and the light flashes. It is very inconsistent, sometimes it closes. I am sure it is just a minor adjustment to the sensors

Excellent service and installation. Marc was able to open up the old door and dismantle it without a problem. You said the job would take 3 hours and he completed it in two. Precision installed the garage door for me several years ago and the same excellent service was rendered today
