We made an appointment online which was easy. Got text/email updates. Day of, our tech John kept us informed on approximate arrival time, and called 30 minutes prior. John tested our current door, noticed the issues and recommended 2 different options. Our opener was 19 years old, so we kind of knew it was time. He replace our garage door opener, panel and springs professionally and cleaned up afterwards. After work was done Precision sent a text follow up letting us know that if we had any other questions they were available to answer them.

Rob was very courteous and professional. I was quoted that the cost for the garage door spring would be $210.00. Rob said the cost was actually $410 or $420. I asked why it was doubled. The person on the phone only quoted price of spring. I had reported when I called yesterday it was the spring and cable. Rob said the spring was twisted and had to be cut. The cable was another price plus the safety mechanism had to be repaired. He worked with me and saved me approximately $25.00 by asking if I was a AAA member and if I would by check. I said yes to both so cost was $386.30.

I called Precision Garage Door Service to fix my garage door on a Saturday during the winter, meaning it was an emergency as I didn't want to leave my car outdoors. Their service was outstanding. From the first phone call to the repair service, Precision showed a remarkable customer service. The reason why I am giving four stars, it's because I felt the service was way overpriced. As a comparison, I did a similar service in my previous home garage door 2 years ago and paid less than 1/3 of the price. That other company was not available to do the emergency service for me today.
