I had an issue with one of the Garage doors hitting my Truck as I pulled into my Garage, my fault. Couldn't completely shut the door. I called on Sunday your Service Technician Ethan Tsirulik was here at the Scheduled service call time on Monday June 2. He quickly identified the issue explained that he could get it fixed now and quickly went about doing all kinds of things to make it right. He explained everything he was doing and why. He was very friendly; polite, professional and you could tell he really knew what he was doing. He also gave me several quotes for various levels of Insulated doors which we had thought about and could consider. We've used Precision several times and always very very pleased with the quick and available response as well as the quality and expertise of the Technicians and the Text messages that kept us informed of when etc. the Technician would arrive. While I didn't care for the bot answering questions on their website, all the people I spoke with at Precision Garage Door were great. David Paz arrived on time, clearly presented the options for a replacement garage door opener, priced it, removed the old unit, installed the new one, and made sure that it was integrated properly.
