I used Precision Garage Door Service because I knew they were local and did good work. I needed a new garage door opener with a battery back up due to increasing frequency of brown outs at my condo. The technician also diagnosed some issues with a spring, roller and the cables, so I opted in for the best garage door opener they had and replacement of parts that needed it to head off any future problems. The tech had everything needed on his truck and all work was done in 1.5 hours. Money very well spent.

It was a really good experience. I had called in the evening after normal hours, around 6pm, but was able to connect and request for service. The service took place the next day at the appointed time. Work completed professionally, the technician was thorough and courteous. Will definitely come back again to Precision.

Hi: My recent experience with Precision Overhead was very pleasant. The tech, David Bryan arrived on time and listened to me explain the problem. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and proficient. He explained the proper solution and installed the necessary brackets. He also took the time explain other issues with the garage door that might occur in the future. I mentioned that I did not know how to open or shut the door manually and he took the time to show me (a few times) how to do so. David is an asset to Precision Overhead! I would recommend your company to my family and friends if needed. I was very satisfied with the entire process.
