I have found them to be nothing but professional.My most recent service was by Ethan Tsirulik who was so helpful and went a little beyond what he needed to do. Besides that he was a great guy with a good sense of humor. My problem was fixed in about five minutes.

He gave me a range of options with regard to fixing the existing garage door and the costs associated with each. he finished the repair in short order and together we succesfully tested the door for smooth and quiet operation. tested the car remote, outside number pad and inside open/close butt.showd me all the new parts required thank you

All I can say is "WOW"!!!!!!! Our experience with Precision could not have been more perfect from start to finish........beginning with Louis who came out to assess our problem, going over all the possibilities to fix it or replace it ,doing the measuring, etc. and giving us the estimate. Our new garage door was a special order because of its size. We received a call on a Friday saying that our door had just arrived and that it could be installed the very next day. Nicholas arrived and did a wonderful job with the installation which was seamless and perfect. He then went over everything with us, showing us all the improvements, additions etc. that were part of the new door. Both Louis and Nicholas were so courteous and professional. I have 2 o.h. Garage doors and finally switched to Precision service . They have new trucks fully stocked no ordering. Their mechanics are well trained and dressed no hard sell .They have everything on an I pad which shows you the part and price which they send you an invoice right there . After a power outage, our garage door would not work. Called Precision in Pompton Plains and service tech John Delpiu, arrived the next day to fix the problem. Turns out, the power surge fried the electronics. John was efficient, personable and worked quickly to solve the issue. While he was here, he "tuned up" both the doors and made sure everything was in order. Kudos to John for his work and affability while here! Highly recommend!!!!

Kevin was the technician who done the job. Kevin was the same tech that 3 years ago did a big job when my garage system fell apart. He did his assessment this time for the existing problems & showed it to me. It was the very old rusty attachment to one side of the door itself that cuts the silver wires that goes through the door opening functions. He assisted the other side of the door which also was very rusty too. He changed those two parts. He informed me of the charges for replacing of those two plus the labor cost. He also checked the old job that was done 3 years & changed the wear & tear that was under the warranty at no changes. The whole job was done in 30 minutes. He sent the bills to my email from his IPad on the spot. Also l would like to commenting on the system of Precision Company from my callings for appointment till finishing the job . It makes me feel I am the center & important customer to please.

We made an appointment online which was easy. Got text/email updates. Day of, our tech John kept us informed on approximate arrival time, and called 30 minutes prior. John tested our current door, noticed the issues and recommended 2 different options. Our opener was 19 years old, so we kind of knew it was time. He replace our garage door opener, panel and springs professionally and cleaned up afterwards. After work was done Precision sent a text follow up letting us know that if we had any other questions they were available to answer them.
