Called on a Monday for a garage door running rough. Was able to have service call early Tuesday morning. Great status communication from company and service technician letting me know when he would be arriving. Great service and door running much better now after replacing 25 year old parts. Given price options for the replacement parts needed and alot of tips by technician on how to keep it running well. Not cheap but lots of parts needed to be replaced after 25 years. Very happy overall though.

This was my first time using Precision Garage Door. The process to set up the appointment was very convenient and transparent. The day of the appointment, I received a notification with a picture of what tech was in route. The technician Luke was very experienced and professional. He was able to diagnose and repair all the items on my list in a timely manner. What an amazing experience from start to finish. I had the pleasure of having Ryan Patrick Murphy answer my call for service today. My garage door would not shut when I drove the car out of the garage. It wasn't a huge problem but Ryan thoroughly reviewed every possibility of what could be the problem. He explained everything in detail and assured me that the problem was most likely my battery for my remote device. He reviewed with me my past service visits from Precision and what was done at that time (Sept./Oct. 2023). He was very well schooled in all areas that could cause a problem, He asked me to monitor the overhead light for any flickering and if the problem re-occurred to notify Precision. I give Brian 10 stars for his knowledge, thoroughness and letting me know that Precision will be there if I need them!

He did a quick and clean job installing my new garage door opener. He completed the task by installing the new opener on My Q app preciously on my phone as well as re-programming all existing remotes I had as well as my car. He was great to work with.

I had a minor problem in that I started getting an annoying beep every 30 seconds because after two years the backup battery reached its end of life. Since I can live with manually opening and closing my door, I just wanted the battery to be disconnected. Precision offered to do it free of charge and the service person John Delpiu was super efficient and friendly. He even lubricated the rollers and track for me while there. Great service and highly recommended.
