I have used Precision before so I was very confident in their skills. I first tried to Do it myself. I even sought out your video. It was very entertaining and informative but alas I still have my problem so needed to have someone come to my house to fix it. Vince came to our home to deal with the garage door issues we were having. He showed up on time, as promised, did a very good job on resolving the issues (new springs, some adjustments, lubrication, etc.). Also took care of weatherstripping around the door. Good job, Vince!

I had a garage door repair this morning. The technician came when promised and did a super job to solve my problem. He has been here before and I felt he knew the site and could not have been more accommodating or thorough in his work. There were absolutely no negatives in this evaluation.

Anthony came as scheduled & explained our options for new garage doors. He was friendly & professional. He was also kind enough to go back to the showroom & return a short while later with an actual sample of the garage door color we were considering. On the day of installation, Chris arrived as scheduled & did a neat & excellent job. Even though our new garage doors were delayed in production from the original time frame of 3 weeks, it was worth the wait since the medium wood-grain color matches our house. It was also a pleasure dealing with Teresa in the office.

He called ahead and attempted to resolve the problem without coming to our residence, but was unsuccessful. We enjoy our new garage doors. The workmanship is great and the installation team (Kenny and Gerard) did a great job. Very professional. They are an asset to your business. However, the LiftMaster doors openers are another issue. They are a disappointment in my mind. They have an engineering defect in that they do not work with your car's HomeLink. They need an additional repeater device attached in order for your car's HomeLink to work with the door opener. Apparently, at LiftMaster they have bozo engineers that crafted a new 2.0 security code that will not work with the standard that all car manufactures use. Thus, the repeater interface. Along with this terrible design, you need to press the HomeLink Key in your car for up to 5 seconds before the door responds. If at all. And finally, the lift device does not have any outlet installed to plug in the repeater. Use another brand of Garage Door Opener.

Rich was very conscientious in rebuilding my garage door which is 56 years old. He said we will receive a lifetime warranty on the door since both springs were replaced,both pulleys replaced, bearing replaced and all rollers replaced as well. In January 2013 we had a new lift motor installed by Precision which is so very quiet when compared to the previous motor. Any additional repairs will be at no cost as long as we remain at the residence Your service has always been prompt and timely which is very much appreciated .
