The image Precision projects is one of professionalism and reliability. There is 100% truth in their advertising -- how refreshing! A real person answers when you call; the service tech shows up within the appointed time; Ron was professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Options were fully and clearly explained. I am impressed by how Precision does business, by the quality of its staff and its attention to customers (e.g., offering on-line thumbnail sketches of its service techs). I was told the service call would be 69.00 plus parts.I did not need any parts but i did need an adjustment.I was then charged 69.00 plus a labor rate of 85.00.I was never told about this.Although the service was very good, felt like I was mislead on the cost of the service call.I might not call again because of this.

Dear Mr Finnerty, Thank you for reviewing our business. I'm sorry for the confusion. We do have a service charge for coming out to your house of 69 dollars. It is charged to help cover the high cost of sending a qualified technician to your home. For that 69 dollars he will do a 18 point written safety inspection, tighten all loose hardware and lubricate the door. Normally we will then give a written quote to replace parts that are broken. The price we give you for the parts is an installed price. We don't have an additional labor cost. In your case because no new parts were needed to fix the problem a labor charge was necessary. We need to be more clear on the phone so you are not surprised in person. As a token of faith I would like to offer you a free service call in the future. Just tell the office about this review. We purchased new cables, rollers, springs about a month ago, but recently the door started to make a funny sound. I chose Precision Garage Door Openers because in the yellow page ad.it said that they are certified technician and when my technician Tim came he was very friendly and he knew alot more about garage doors than other garage door repair men.I tell everybody I know Precision is the best garage door service in the business!

If you look at our website you will find out each employee is drug and backround checked. Home owners don't realize how important that is in this industry. Think about it. The two technicians were extremely professional had complete knowledge of every function of the garage doors. Explained in detail what needed replacement and why. Explained the difference in quality of the parts versus lesser quality parts and guarantee. Some may complain that the costs are too high but considering the cost of training and professional business expenses to give quality service the expense is a insurance policy with excellent service. If you want the job done ONCE and done RIGHT call this business for your needs you won't be disappointed.

We recently had two garage doors installed with new tracks and all hardware, our installer did a great job not only with the installation but also making sure he cleaned up after the job was done. Very professional from scheduling thru installing. Very pleased.
