This is the second time I have used Precision for my garage, they installed my doors years ago and I am still happy with them. I needed a new motor and was provided prompt service....like the very next day. Tim was knowledgeable and efficient. Now my garage door opens smoothly and quietly, and I don't have to worry about any harm to my car or me from a broken cable.

Great service by the technician. (Five stars) I forgot his name but he did introduce himself. Explained everything about the product and what he was doing. I needed to have weather stripping installed, replaced old stripping, this is not a choice give below for service performed. There were issues with receipt of email confirmation of appointment. It all turned-out ok though. Due to the email confirmation, I had to give it a 4 star review. Marie C.

Brandon returned one year after a repair was made and had to repair our garage door. The garage door repair was 100% under warranty and the repair was completed before 24 hours of our call. I have used Precision before so I was very confident in their skills. I first tried to Do it myself. I even sought out your video. It was very entertaining and informative but alas I still have my problem so needed to have someone come to my house to fix it.
