Tim the Tech. I had was very polite and very through. I can tell that he must have worked at Percision a number of years. He also treated me with respect and some people I have dealt with in the past don't show me much respect or tried to sell me something I didn't need because I was a woman. Tim was also very through too! I would recommend Percision to anybody and everybody I know.I have had a positive experence

Our garage door opener suddenly stopped working over the weekend - motor ran, but no movement despite intact cables/pulleys. Called on Monday morning and was thrilled that someone was able to come the following day. Tim Rainey, the service tech, was great. Friendly, knowledgeable,able to clearly explain our options (including prices/warranties/pros&cons), able to answer any question, enthusiastic about his work, took the time to help sync our car to the new opener via HomeLink. On top of all that, he was efficient and left no boxes/wires/materials behind. We will certainly recommend Precision to friends & neighbors.

I was told the service call would be 69.00 plus parts.I did not need any parts but i did need an adjustment.I was then charged 69.00 plus a labor rate of 85.00.I was never told about this.Although the service was very good, felt like I was mislead on the cost of the service call.I might not call again because of this.

Dear Mr Finnerty, Thank you for reviewing our business. I'm sorry for the confusion. We do have a service charge for coming out to your house of 69 dollars. It is charged to help cover the high cost of sending a qualified technician to your home. For that 69 dollars he will do a 18 point written safety inspection, tighten all loose hardware and lubricate the door. Normally we will then give a written quote to replace parts that are broken. The price we give you for the parts is an installed price. We don't have an additional labor cost. In your case because no new parts were needed to fix the problem a labor charge was necessary. We need to be more clear on the phone so you are not surprised in person. As a token of faith I would like to offer you a free service call in the future. Just tell the office about this review. We purchased new cables, rollers, springs about a month ago, but recently the door started to make a funny sound. Scott M came right back out, adjusted a couple of things and made everything perfect again. He thoroughly explained his work and I was so happy that the company stood behind its original work. I CALLED FOR SERVICE AT 4:00 a.m. and was greeted by a pleasant human voice! I made an appointment, & the technician came when they said he would. From beginning to end, they were courteous, respectful and did a wonderful repair job. Price for repair was completely fair. All in all, a completely painless experience.
