Used Precision for an emergency repair years ago. Called them for an inspection and was not surprised we needed new door openers (ours were almost 30 years old). They were able to come out same day, called in advance and explained our options after a full inspection. Installation was complete for both openers within a few hours. Everything worked perfectly and they cleaned up before they left. Doug J and Brian B were friendly and courteous and did a great job. They explained how the new equipment worked before they left. Very happy with the service and the product.

I have to say I was skeptical when I called since I had received the coupon in Val Pak. I called the number and was able to have someone come out on a Saturday in just 7 days. Scott was who we had for a service person and he was wonderful. He went through everything and did not try and sell us something we did not need. He repaired everything and the door is like new. Plus the bonus was that he cleaned up everything and you would never have known he was here. I would call them again in a second. Pricing was exactly what he said it would be and I did not feel robbed. Best service I have seen in a long time. Love them!!!!

Both of my older garage doors were repaired today by Drew. I was given a same day appointment, even though it wasn't an emergency. Drew called me 20min before arriving (on the early end of the appointment window), and was very pleasant, professional and efficient. The price was accurately quoted to me before he started work, and what I expected. I appreciated he didn't try to up-sell me other services, though he quoted me about products I had questions about (auto door opener, new door, etc). I wish the receipt had been itemized, but that wasn't the technician's fault. Will definitely be using this company in the future, and will recommend them to my friends.
