Service technician took the time in explaining all the problems with the garage door. The fact that the springs, rollers, pulleys were all bad and that there was no safety cable attached to either spring. The cost for these items were a little steep in my opinion but the 5 year warranty was a positive.

Very professional, had seen it all before and wasn't stumped. Quickly identified the real reason for breakage, and made appropriate recommendations. Everything top notch, very courteous. Only down side, a bit pricey. This company is a QUALITY operation and that's why I didn't bother calling anyone else. Thank you
