The tech was timely and very patient. He did a great job. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that I had a hard a time understanding my different options and what was included. You should have a printed sheet to give people.

I was very happy with the responsiveness of Precision to my problem with broken springs and installation of a new garage door opener. Tim who did the work was extremely professional, detailed, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to explain all of the options to the repair of some components and replacement of the garage door opener. He also provided me with all the knowledge I needed to use and program the system. All done the same day I called in.

I CALLED FOR SERVICE AT 4:00 a.m. and was greeted by a pleasant human voice! I made an appointment, & the technician came when they said he would.
