The service team that came out was very nice. I did feel I was overcharged for the service. I wish someone tried to help me over the phone as it was just a lose screw. I paid $XXX for a lose screw.

Ms. Sinnott, we understand your complaint but is impossible to diagnose a loose screw over the phone. I feel the fee you were charged was fair as I had to send a fully trained technician out to your home ready and with a stocked truck to fix any problem you may have had.

From start to finish, a truly first rate experience. Called my local office and was able to secure an appt. for the next afternoon. Our Technician Scott was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He arrived (after a courtesy call 10 minutes prior) during the allotted time window and quickly and efficiently fixed the problem with our electric garage door openers. He even took the time to change the battery in the keypad. After the dreadful experiences we've had recently with other contractors, Scott and Precision Door Service were a welcome change. I was influenced by the coupons that I have received in the mail from Precision door. That coupon saved me $70. I called Precision at 4:00 in the afternoon and the service call was scheduled for the very next morning. The service tech called me twice that morning to let me know when he would arrive. Once he showed up, he diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired the garage door opener within the next 45 minutes. Excellent service.
