WHEN THE SERVICE MAN CAME HE WENT OVER EVERYTHING AND SAID WE NEEDED A NEW DOOR OPENER So I ASK HOW MUCH AND HE GAVE ME A PRICEON DIFFERENT ONES I PICK ONE AND SAID IS THAT EVERYTHING ,HE SAID YES BUT THEN THE BILL WAS 68 DOLLARS MORE BECAUSE OF THE SERVIVE FEE WHICH I THINK SHOULD OF BEEN IN THERE FOR HAVING THE WORK DONE ,EVERYTHING WAS FINE EXCEPT FOR THAT PART .AND I WILL PASS THIS ALONG TO MY FRIENDS

From start to finish, a truly first rate experience. Called my local office and was able to secure an appt. for the next afternoon. Our Technician Scott was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He arrived (after a courtesy call 10 minutes prior) during the allotted time window and quickly and efficiently fixed the problem with our electric garage door openers. He even took the time to change the battery in the keypad. After the dreadful experiences we've had recently with other contractors, Scott and Precision Door Service were a welcome change.
