I was influenced by the coupons that I have received in the mail from Precision door. That coupon saved me $70. I called Precision at 4:00 in the afternoon and the service call was scheduled for the very next morning. The service tech called me twice that morning to let me know when he would arrive. Once he showed up, he diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired the garage door opener within the next 45 minutes. Excellent service.

I have had many a service group in my home, and I have to say that Vince was without fail the most polite and thorough technician that I have dealt with. Vince explained everything that needed to be done and why, completed the work quickly and also performed a safety inspection, fixed an area of concern for him to ensure my safety (didn't charge for the "fix") and sweeped my garage!! I highly recommend Precision Door and hopefully you are lucky enough to get Vince as your technician

I was impressed by your website - very thorough regarding certification of technicians, uniforms,insurance, etc.- the things that increase the comfort level when having someone come to your home for a relatively major repair or replacement. Drew was an excellent service tech - explained various options clearly, worked quickly and cleanly (left no collateral traces of repair), explained each part of new equipment, and had everything ready to go when finished.
