Dear Doug: Thank you for sending out a excellent technician,Tim Rainey,that knows what he is doing. I use a wheel chair to get around and was concerned that the existing door opener was ready to break down and I would be stuck in my car and would not get into my house. For me to get into my house I need to go through the garage to a chair lift that gets me up stairs. I was suprised that when Tim Rainey came out to the house that he had all of the parts to repair the existing door and had the new garage door opener with the battery that I wanted. Now when I am out and the power goes out I know I can get into my home Thank you Robert B Miller

I chose Precision Door because you were rated high by ServiceMagic. The call was for a broken spring. After inspecting the door, Adam pointed out numerous other problems with the door such as broken rollers and a motor chain that was stretched beyond repair. I had new springs, cables, pulleys and a new motor installed. The door now works as if it was brand new.
