Mike was prompt, patient and personable. He took time to explain to us what he was doing during the inspection. He told us what parts of our old garage door needed replacing, and what parts can be kept. He was not at all pushy. Thanks to Mike's competent work, we now have a quiet garage door in the place of one that made a racket.

Brandon was very informative explained how the parts work together and what to look for to know if I need to have it repaired in the future. I had a malfunctioning laser eye - the beam would come and go raandomly. The tech. arrived, adjusted the eye, and we thought we were set - until it simply malfunctioned again, allowing us to realize there was a mechanical problem vs. adjustment problem. Precision was courteous enough to send out another tech to replace the eye and credit my previous service call. Courteous and reasonable, they worked with me even though it was an issue not caused by thier fine work. Thank you Precision Door and Glen Nunez.
