We were very pleased with the quality of the garage door and the opener. We were also very pleased with the installer, Sam. He was very professional, quick, and left the garage and driveway very clean. He was also extremely accommodating, helping us to set up our car remotes and programing the remote key pad. He also spent time making sure we knew exactly how to operate the door and how to remove the window grates. The whole experience was very pleasant and very much worth the cost.

He told us what parts of our old garage door needed replacing, and what parts can be kept. He was not at all pushy. The technician, Brian, as well as his assistant were both friendly and very courteous. The repair was done in a reasonable amount of time. They called ahead of time to let me know what time to expect them and arrived promptly at the time they specified.
