My technician was Stuart Morgan and he called to tell me that he would be at my house at 3:15. At 3:15, the technician promptly rang my doorbell, and proceeded to look at my garage doors and assess the situation. He was so professional, and proceeded to tell me exactly what I needed and did the job in a timely and professional manner. I would rate the service as a 5. Vincent was very knowledgeable and did a fine job rebuilding my garage door. The price was higher than I expected, but I have to admit the quality of the new components evidently exceeds the replaced parts.

I was very impressed with Vince! Quite frankly, many years ago, I used Precision and felt like I received a sales pitch. I hesitated to call Precision again but Iâ??m glad I did. I wound up having a very different experience with Vince. He was knowledgeable, explained why he felt certain services were necessary but I trusted him. The recommended job was expensive so I wasnâ??t ready to move forward yet. However, when I do I will be sure to call Precision and will definitely request working with Vince!

I personally wouldnâ??t use you again. I was a little thrown off by the cost and I had just had the other side repaired for the same thing and I had the company come out that installed the doors and the cost was about a 5th of what I was charged. I know I was told everything will last longer and was better but you should be given an option, even for the simple repair it was still almost triple in cost compared to what I paid. This is not a good time to be ripping off the consumer.

In your case I know you were displeased with our pricing. I have attempted to reach out to you to no avail. Absent from a conversation with you I can only speculate what your comments are based upon. As you may already know our technicians do not set our prices, the company's management and myself do. Although our prices are not established to be the lowest in the industry we need to make sure we can maintain a profit which will enable us to stand behind our product in the years to come. I can not speak as to why the person who installed your door was less. What I can say is when we install new doors most repair issues for the next five years are serviced with no cost to the customer. Perhaps this is why there was such a disparity between our prices and theirs. I thank you for your feedback and await a response to my calls at your convenience. Regards

Vince arrived on time and was very polite. He fixed the immediate problem with the garage door and carefully explained other repair options to me which my husband and I are considering. He was most knowledgeable and helpful.

When my opener malfunctioned, I called the manufacturer and was given your company based on location. I assumed that all I needed was a repair of the motor. When Anthony came for the service call and recommended a new motor and two redoâ??s of two garage doors, I would have assumed that he was working just on comission and just selling something that I did not need. However, he mentioned his credentials and was totally believable. He was courteous, efficient and immaculate. I am so happy with his representation of hyour company. I give him an A plus. I recently moved into a newly constructed townhouse and one of my garage doors started to make a loud noise when opening and closing. I called Precision Garage Door Service because you are a certified Liftmaster service and repair business. Your tech, Sean, arrived on time, was very informative about the problem and fixed it. I also requested that he service both garage doors since they are used a lot. He lubricated the doors, etc. and explained what he was doing and showed me how to properly maintain both doors. I believe in regular maintenance, so I will be calling Precision regularly to perform annual maintenance on the garage doors and for any problems in between the annual maintenace. Sean was very professional and I thank you for sending out such a knowledgeable and experienced technician.
