I am very pleased with the installers and your office staff. I am not pleased with the panel. It looks mismatched and takes away from the curb appeal. May be an issue when I try and sell the house

Irwin, unfortunately when replacing panels only there will be differences in color between the old and new panels. This is due to the weathering over time of your original garage door panels. Any color will fade due to exposure to sunlight and the effects of weather. That is why we strongly suggest that our customers replace all panels. It is more costly but will save you curb appeal down the road.

One of my laser eyes was (is) acting up and I could not get a consistent beam w/ my green light. I was not aware how simple the fix seemed to be until Tim stopped by on service call and adjusted the camera and all seemed well. Unfortunately, soon after he left the green light went off, and unfortunately I can not seem to get it back on line consistently again. Tim was great, no problem with him. It did appear that the fix was made. However, within a day, I am back to where we started, with no consistent solid beam with the laser eyes. Costly appointment with no long term satisfaction.

We contacted Mr. Smith, the safety eyes were short circuted, we have had a technician replace the existing safety eyes at no charge. We apologize for the inconvience, but with shorted wires, they sometimes work and they sometimes don't. This fix should address your concerns.

This is the second time that we have used Precision. This go around we installed a new opener to replace the 14 yr old broken appliance. Tim explained in detail what options we had and when complete with the job even made sure that the HomeLink button in my car was set to go as well. This is my second experience with precision and both were wonderful. All aspects from initial phone call to follow-up were great. Everyone on the phone was courteous, everything was explained thoroughly and products and service were excellent. Brian S. called to let us know when he would be arriving and came as scheduled. He explained everything thoroughly and worked quickly, efficiently and very competently. I am extremely happy with my new garage door openers and am glad to know that precision stands behind their products and services. Brian did a great job and cleaned up after he was done, it was like he was never there, except we had great, quiet openers installed and functioning perfectly. He also set up our remotes and keypads for us and explained how all functions worked, I didn't have to look at the manuals at all to figure anything out. I would very highly recommend your company, and once again, Brian S. could not have done a better job. It was a pleasure once again to do business with your company and it is a joy to have such prompt, knowledgable, competant, courteous, thorough and clean technicians to my home. Many times repair visits can be a nightmare, but not with your company. Thanks so much and keep up the great work!
