Mike was prompt, patient and personable. He took time to explain to us what he was doing during the inspection. He told us what parts of our old garage door needed replacing, and what parts can be kept. He was not at all pushy. The technician, Brian, as well as his assistant were both friendly and very courteous. The repair was done in a reasonable amount of time. They called ahead of time to let me know what time to expect them and arrived promptly at the time they specified.

I had a malfunctioning laser eye - the beam would come and go raandomly. The tech. arrived, adjusted the eye, and we thought we were set - until it simply malfunctioned again, allowing us to realize there was a mechanical problem vs. adjustment problem. Precision was courteous enough to send out another tech to replace the eye and credit my previous service call. Courteous and reasonable, they worked with me even though it was an issue not caused by thier fine work. Thank you Precision Door and Glen Nunez.
