Ben was fantastic - one of the friendliest people I have run across with any home repairs. You are very fortunate to have him on board. We also appreciated the fast turnaround in fixing our problems - in both cases you sent someone out very fast - within a day. thank you

When we needed our garage door repaired we reached out to three companies. The other two experiences were exactly what one would expect. Unprofessional and lame. The total customer experience with Precision was six stars from the initial call to job completion (you need to add another star!). Everyone we dealt with was first rate. They looked and acted professional. There is no doubt that this company is far and above, and I hate to call them, their peer group.

Excellent is the word I must choose in describing the level of service I received. Ben was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of all the options available to me in repair of my garage door. Ben took the time out to educate me regarding the workings of my garage door and the importance of each peice of hardware. After a nonpressured discussion I decided to have a complete rebuild of both my garage doors. I am very confident in the decision made and even more confident in the workmanship performed. I strongly recomend Precision to anyone looking for quality service and commitment.

Jeff did a thorough job of analyzing the condition of our old set up. He installed the new opener in one visit, eventhough it meant staying late, he programmed all the remotes, and he explained the system.

I would rate Precision Door Service a 5 Star rating as I was extremely happy with the efficient service and the quality of work that had been done on our garage doors. I initially needed a new spring for one garage door, but replaced two others as they had been the same age as the other one and had been worn as well. Tim explained everything in detail and also suggested other preventative maintenance things that would need attention in the future. He was very pleasant and cleaned up everything after his work was complete. I was especially impressed with the same day service and the fact that the truck was well stocked in the event we needed something else done at the time. Thank you and I will be sure to recommend Precision to other people and should I need any future repairs, I will be sure to call you.

Dear Mr. Bencsko, I wanted to let you know that your company has done an outstanding job from the initial contact, through the sales process and finally delivery and installation of our new garage doors. I can't tell you how pleased my wife is with the look and ease of access she now has to the garage. The introdution emails that you sent provided a lot of information about the garage door business and what to look out for when making a selection of who should be the provider and the types of doors. Your salesperson was very knowledgeable and easly walked us through the selection process. The delivery and installation team were as knowledgeable about the setup and explained the work that would be done and then reviewed the final product with me. They also did an outstanding job and were very professional. Finally, I must say that the people and quality presentation of your organization from the initial contact pretty much convinced me that I would be doing business with you and your company. The delivery and installation of our doors confirmed my expectations. Great Job !!

I am very impressed with the quality of work and would not hesitate to recommend Precision. Stuart Morgan repaired my garage door, as well as installed a new automatic opener. Stuart is well-mannered, neat, knowledgeable & arrived on time. He was also considerate enough to call me when he was near my home to let me know that he would be arriving within 15 minutes. I purchased the rebuild package & a LiftMaster garage door opener. When he completed his work, my solid wood garage door was straight and opening & closing smoothly. What I thought would be a nightmare, was a delightful experience!

I called Precision because of a problem with the wall remote for my garage door opener having sustained some damage. Since they had been very helpful in the past when I needed a new door and remote installed, I didn't hesitate to contact them for this problem. As usual, they were very helpful from the customer service rep that took the call and scheduled the appointment to the technician (Tim) who came and made the necessary repair. I would recommend Precision to anybody who needs repairs on an existing garage door & opener, or who need a new one. They are very courteous and helpful and we are completely satisfied.
