Even though the repair on my garage door was minor, I have to commend Anthony for his expertise and prompt service. He certainly knows his way around garage doors. Garage door was found to be in very good condition. I had all of the hardware components replaced and a new door opener installed. The work was done quickly and neatly. Tim was professional in his explanation on how the system works,the safety features and the guaranties.I was out to have one spring and a cable replaced--after Tim showed me all of the bad and exhausted parts I had him do a complete overhaul.Now I feel safe.Thanks Tim

Ben's knowledge of the equipment he was repairing was impressive. He showed me what caused the problem and how to repair it, but also knew WHY certain things needed to be just so. He said it was because of your good training program, but I think it was also due to his desire to do it right the first time. That's always a sign of quality.

ANTHONY WAS QUITE KNOWLEDGEABLE. ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS FULLY. DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND QUICKLY FIXED IT. MY OPENING WIRES WERE FRAYED BY RUBBING OF CASTERS. HE EXPLAINED THE CURE BUT I CHOOSE TO HOLD OFF FOR AWHILE. 5 STARS IN SERVICE.

My technician was Stuart Morgan and he called to tell me that he would be at my house at 3:15. At 3:15, the technician promptly rang my doorbell, and proceeded to look at my garage doors and assess the situation. He was so professional, and proceeded to tell me exactly what I needed and did the job in a timely and professional manner. As a long time customer of Precision Garage, I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing help with garage doors.

I would rate the service as a 5. Vincent was very knowledgeable and did a fine job rebuilding my garage door. The price was higher than I expected, but I have to admit the quality of the new components evidently exceeds the replaced parts.

I was very impressed with Vince! Quite frankly, many years ago, I used Precision and felt like I received a sales pitch. I hesitated to call Precision again but Iâ??m glad I did. I wound up having a very different experience with Vince. He was knowledgeable, explained why he felt certain services were necessary but I trusted him. The recommended job was expensive so I wasnâ??t ready to move forward yet. However, when I do I will be sure to call Precision and will definitely request working with Vince!

The tech explained the problem and provided with two repair options (I selected the full rebuild) and installed the necessary parts. The door is now functioning well. I personally wouldnâ??t use you again. I was a little thrown off by the cost and I had just had the other side repaired for the same thing and I had the company come out that installed the doors and the cost was about a 5th of what I was charged. I know I was told everything will last longer and was better but you should be given an option, even for the simple repair it was still almost triple in cost compared to what I paid. This is not a good time to be ripping off the consumer.

As you may already know our technicians do not set our prices, the company's management and myself do. Although our prices are not established to be the lowest in the industry we need to make sure we can maintain a profit which will enable us to stand behind our product in the years to come. I can not speak as to why the person who installed your door was less. What I can say is when we install new doors most repair issues for the next five years are serviced with no cost to the customer. Perhaps this is why there was such a disparity between our prices and theirs. I thank you for your feedback and await a response to my calls at your convenience. Regards

I called Precision because of a problem with the wall remote for my garage door opener having sustained some damage. Since they had been very helpful in the past when I needed a new door and remote installed, I didn't hesitate to contact them for this problem. As usual, they were very helpful from the customer service rep that took the call and scheduled the appointment to the technician (Tim) who came and made the necessary repair. I would recommend Precision to anybody who needs repairs on an existing garage door & opener, or who need a new one. They are very courteous and helpful and we are completely satisfied.
