We scheduled an appointment this morning and got one for the afternoon. We got confirmation by text and email. Alan, the repair man, called 30 minutes before arriving (at the beginning of the appointment window) and we hot another confirmation. Alan was great. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it right away. In addition he let us know about issues that were going to occur in the near future so that we could choose to repair them now or later. He was pleasant and respectful. I would highly recommend this company. I would definitely use them again.

My technician arrived on time. His qualifications were sent to me before he came. Our problem was immediately solved!! Only after I asked for him to check out a few things while he was here, he was able to suggest what might go wrong in a little while. I then opted to add an additional new battery, knowing full well it would add to the ost of service. The fact that he was able to make that decision was extremely comforting.

One of the wheels of my garage door came off the track when my wife back the car out and tapped the door after she left the trunk opened. There was little damage to the door and when popping the wheel back into the track the garage door worked fine. The service man slightly widened the track and put the wheel back on the track. We were charged $69 for the visit and $184.77 for five minutes of labor. This was outrageous. So I am not satisfied and disappointed with your company. This is not the first time this happened. A few years ago a manager from your company visited my home after work was done and adjusted the bill because of a similar problem. I might have to start looking around for more reasonable rates. Total cost for this minor repair $253.77

Our experience with Precision is one of the best experiences we've ever had with a contractor. From the patience of the customer service rep who scheduled us to the expertise of the installer, we cannot recommend Precision enough. Communication, capability, affordability and warranty (!!) are all part of the deal. Precision sent a photo and bio of installer with an ETA in advance of arrival so we knew who to expect. All vendors should do this. Their expert Alan arrived on time, provided a reasonable estimate of work and completed the job (on both a new belt opener install and an old chain opener repair) as promised.
