Very nice experience. The technician is: 1. Friendly, make me feel he’s someone I can trust 2. Professional, he knows what he’s doing 3. Clear, explains what happened, what needs to be done I wish I could give him a 5 star plus. The reason: I had a 4 hour window in which I had to pick up a child from school in the middle. The technican called me at the beginning of the window to narrow down the window to a smaller one and called me again 30min prior to his arrival. Also I want to thank Lindsay who picked up my phone this morning. She gave me a same day appointment that I really needed. This is the 2nd time I used Precision’s service within 4 years. I wish I wouldn’t need your service in the future, but in reality I know I have to save your number so that I can get the right people when I need help.

Our garage door jammed when we attempted to close it. It made it about one-third of the way down before the wire spool somehow came undone and the door would descend no further. It was late at night and the temperature was around 37 degrees Fahrenheit. We called Precision because they advertised 24/7 service. We had an appointment arranged for the first thing in the morning. The service technician (John Delpiu) arrived ahead of time and assessed the issue. Once he realized that the repair job would require additional hands, he was able to call additional technicians to the scene. Working together they were able to fix the issue with the spool and get my garage functioning again. Mr. Delpiu was professional throughout the process and explained everything to me in layman terms. I would do business with him and with Precision in the future.

Definitely 5 stars. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called to repair my garage door that was no longer opening and closing properly. My Tech John D was terrific. He called me to let me know when he would arrive and was right on time. He inspected my door, and made his recommendations without pushing anything extra. John was pleasant and professional, explained everything he was going to do in detail and completed the job quickly. I am very pleased with my service and would recommended Precyto anyone.
