John did an outstanding job replacing our defective opener. He called ahead twice to let us know when he would arrive. He listened carefully about the issue we were having and explained the problem clearly. He then offered options for its replacement and explained each one so we knew exactly what we would be getting. John then worked quickly, smoothly and professionally to install the new system. We are totally satisfied with his work and the value we once again received from Precision (we have used their services before)--we highly recommend them and will use them again. I called around 10am and John was here by noon. He was very nice and we were very happy with his work. Our old opener was humming and had the new system installed. He checked the whole operation of the door to make sure there were no other issues. The one thing that he wasn't able to do was re code my car to open the garage door through no fault of trying. I tried, he tried but just couldn't get my car to match the code. I may call my car dealer to see if there is something else that might be interfering with the signal. It is a 14 yr old car after all. We would certainly recommend your company. Thanks again John

Technician did a great job in a big job our double garage door had to basically be rebuilt he showed up early was very thorough and after he was finished he came back later at night because he didn't like the way the doors were aligined I would definitely recommend ur company to anyone

Very nice experience. The technician is: 1. Friendly, make me feel he’s someone I can trust 2. Professional, he knows what he’s doing 3. Clear, explains what happened, what needs to be done I wish I could give him a 5 star plus. The reason: I had a 4 hour window in which I had to pick up a child from school in the middle. The technican called me at the beginning of the window to narrow down the window to a smaller one and called me again 30min prior to his arrival. Also I want to thank Lindsay who picked up my phone this morning. She gave me a same day appointment that I really needed. This is the 2nd time I used Precision’s service within 4 years. I wish I wouldn’t need your service in the future, but in reality I know I have to save your number so that I can get the right people when I need help.

Our garage door jammed when we attempted to close it. It made it about one-third of the way down before the wire spool somehow came undone and the door would descend no further. It was late at night and the temperature was around 37 degrees Fahrenheit. We called Precision because they advertised 24/7 service. We had an appointment arranged for the first thing in the morning. The service technician (John Delpiu) arrived ahead of time and assessed the issue. Once he realized that the repair job would require additional hands, he was able to call additional technicians to the scene. Working together they were able to fix the issue with the spool and get my garage functioning again. Mr. Delpiu was professional throughout the process and explained everything to me in layman terms. I would do business with him and with Precision in the future.

Service technician John courteously explained the alternative repair solutions very clearly. Both our cars were locked because our door could not be opened. He came within one hour and stayed until the job was finished. Very pleased.
