The Tech's name was Kevin. He called and arrived 15 minutes early. He was polite and professional. He explained why I needed a new Door opener and had replacements on his truck which was great. He replaced the opener in about 45 minutes and had everything coded and ready to go. Everything was clean and all garbage removed. Perfect!!

I was considering buying the springs at a local hardware store and trying to replace the broken springs myself. I'm glad I didn't because it would have taken me several hours and I probably would not have done it correctly. The Technician showed up the same day I called, used higher quality parts, and did a tuneup and balancing of the door. The whole thing only took him about 45 minutes. My garage door now operates more smoothly and much quieter than before.

I called on a Friday afternoon and Kevin S arrived on Saturday. My garage door had come off the track and the guide wire had slipped off the pulley. It's a really old door. Kevin explained all of the possible solutions and I chose to have all the hardware replaced. Kevin was here for about an hour and when he left the door was operating very smoothly.
