I called on a Friday afternoon and Kevin S arrived on Saturday. My garage door had come off the track and the guide wire had slipped off the pulley. It's a really old door. Kevin explained all of the possible solutions and I chose to have all the hardware replaced. Kevin was here for about an hour and when he left the door was operating very smoothly. I am extremely pleased with the service and with Kevin.

It was a little rough getting started with some confusion between the office and myself in what I needed and scheduling the install, but once manpower hit the site things were much different. Kevin my installer new exactly what I needed, we had to reschedule at that point but that was OK. Kevin came back when he said he would and I got a professionally installed opener at that point.

The technician who showed up was very courteous and helpful. Due to the problem, I did have to give him some assistance with the door. The cost was quite a bit more than I anticipated, I only needed springs replaced and it was over $500. I could live with the cost except, the repair was done the day before I left town so I did not have a chance to see it working. When I returned from my trip the door failed after only 3 uses. I am calling them back and we will see how tit goes.

He called in advance to confirm the time of his arrival, he quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a reasonable estimate for the repairs. Your Technician, Kevin S., was very imformative and a pleaseure to deal with, very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The reason for the service was that one of the spring on one of my doors broke.
