As a technician, he truly enjoys fixing garage doors and interacting with all of the homeowners he meets each day. He's obsessed with the NY Mets & NY Jets. He loves to watch sports and teach his toddler how to play them, too. In his free time, Kevin likes to spend time with his family and play golf and softball.

Excellent service. Found broken garage door, yesterday afternoon, completely repaired and like new within 24 hours. Serviceman Kevin, called me twice during the day to indicate his approximate time of arrival. He went straight to work, explained the problems and presented a variety of solutions. We decided on a rebuild package for both garage doors as neither door had ever been serviced for over 35 years. Kevin came the day after I called, on our garage door problem. A spring was broken and the door movement was terrible. Kevin assessed the situation and recommended a complete rebuild replacing wheels, cables, pulleys etc. We decided on a new opener to quiet the operation and update the opener. Kevin was most professional in his knowledge of garage doors, their operation, proper alignment, etc. He worked efficiently and completed the work in 2 hours, working late as we had to travel the next day. Overall, work & service done was superb and exceeded my expectations.
