Kevin grew up in Pequannock and currently lives in town with his wife, two sons & two dogs. As a technician, he truly enjoys fixing garage doors and interacting with all of the homeowners he meets each day. He's obsessed with the NY Mets & NY Jets. He loves to watch sports and teach his toddler how to play them, too. In his free time, Kevin likes to spend time with his family and play golf and softball.

Called yesterday at 4pm....installed today by noon! Kevin S. called at 10:15am asking if I would be available 60 minutes EARLIER than my 12N-4p promised window. Excellent! He looked at my 25 year old Stanley and informed me that he would not be able to make the adjustments to the motor and chain mechanism necessary to keep it functioning properly and safely. He offered me a choice between two models and we agreed that the lower priced model was probably best for my needs (one car garage). He was pleasant, professional and efficient. He got right to the job and completed the work in about an hour. He stayed to give me a guided tour of my new opener and answered all my questions. Cleaned up completely, taking away all the chains and other pieces of my old opener. Provided me with all important documentation and informed me of the terms of the lifetime warranty. I'm sure I might have gotten a lower price somewhere else, but the promptness, thoroughness, professionalism and reliability of this vendor are a model for others. Was very impressed with the pictures and bios of the technicians...as well as the high tech paperwork. One complaint though... I was expecting Lou (the Yankee fan)...and due to illness and a need to switch technicians...they sent Kevin...who is a Mets fan!! Although I was disappointed, I didn't think that was enough to deduct a star. Great job Precision!

A 5 Star Garage Door Repair. I have used Precision before. The advertising was interesting but did not affect my decision.. Technician Kevin clearly explained the repairs that would be necesary, and we discussed the alternatives before selecting the best one. The work was done both promptly and acurrately. Billing was clear and undetstandable. Excellent job!

He was also great about answering the multitude of questions I had. The door works so much better with all I had done(new springs, cables, and rollers). The Tech's name was Kevin. He called and arrived 15 minutes early. He was polite and professional. He explained why I needed a new Door opener and had replacements on his truck which was great. He replaced the opener in about 45 minutes and had everything coded and ready to go. Everything was clean and all garbage removed. Perfect!!

I was considering buying the springs at a local hardware store and trying to replace the broken springs myself. I'm glad I didn't because it would have taken me several hours and I probably would not have done it correctly. The Technician showed up the same day I called, used higher quality parts, and did a tuneup and balancing of the door. The whole thing only took him about 45 minutes. My garage door now operates more smoothly and much quieter than before.
