As a technician, he truly enjoys fixing garage doors and interacting with all of the homeowners he meets each day. He's obsessed with the NY Mets & NY Jets. He loves to watch sports and teach his toddler how to play them, too. In his free time, Kevin likes to spend time with his family and play golf and softball.

My tech was Kevin Stasiak. He called a few times with updates on his ETA, which was appreciated. He was quick to understand my openers issues, and explain the same to me. He was also great about answering the multitude of questions I had. The door works so much better with all I had done(new springs, cables, and rollers). The Tech's name was Kevin. He called and arrived 15 minutes early. He was polite and professional. He explained why I needed a new Door opener and had replacements on his truck which was great. He replaced the opener in about 45 minutes and had everything coded and ready to go. Everything was clean and all garbage removed. Perfect!!

I was considering buying the springs at a local hardware store and trying to replace the broken springs myself. I'm glad I didn't because it would have taken me several hours and I probably would not have done it correctly. The Technician showed up the same day I called, used higher quality parts, and did a tuneup and balancing of the door. The whole thing only took him about 45 minutes. My garage door now operates more smoothly and much quieter than before.
