Kevin S. was wonderful. Leading up to the appointment he was extremely communicative and was even able to come early, which was great. During the appointment he thoroughly explained all of the options with me and was very clear and answered every question I had fully and without the slightest bit of irritation (and I asked a TON of questions). He was also extremely patient and did not come in with a typical pressuring sales approach. We ended up deciding to get all the hardware on both of our garage doors replaced and having a garage door opener installed. He was able to do all of it immediately following our decision to go ahead. I continued to ask him questions even while he worked and he was working and he answered everything fully and just as nicely as he had before. After he was ton he went over everything and was able to leave with me feeling extremely comfortable with the new system. I would absolutely recommend Kevin and Precision to anyone looking to make sure their hardware is safe and working properly and/or looking for garage openers. Very satisfied customer!!!

Kevin S. was my technician. He called to say he had one more job before mine, and then called again to say he was 30 minutes out. He arrived on time in some pretty crappy weather. Went through the problems with my cables, pulleys and the fact that even though I had new springs, there were no safety cables in the springs. He recommended some options and did a great job in repairing my door. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs a new door or a minor repair like mine. Thanks Kevin!!!

Kevin S. arrived to assess and repair my ( very heavy ) garage door. He kept me well-informed of his eta prior to arriving within the window of time for which the job had been schedule. He clearly explained his assessment of the problem and the options available to me in detail, and gave a quotation for the work prior to beginning the repair. He was professional, efficient and a credit to your organization!

Service technician Kevin Stasiak arrived promptly, was courteous, and clearly explained my options for repairing the problem I was experiencing with the door. He did not pressure me to take the most expensive fix, yet made certain I fully understood why it was the recommended and wisest choice. I understand that in the near future, I will likely have to have additional repairs done. When that happens, I will call pdsnj with confidence.
