Contacted Precision Friday and made appointment for Saturday. Kevin evaluated our problem and we were in agreement that a new opener was needed. Gave good product information and recommendation. Installed professionally and efficiently. Works great and is much quieter than our old chain based system. Highly recommended.

Our 20 year old system worked flawlessly until the unit finally failed. The wall, remote outdoor units work without difficulty. Remotes were never used. The 2 CAR call systems worked fine initially,then worked on and off, stopped working at all, and now works well again. Kevin was patient and polite explaining the difficulty of linking the car call. You have a FINE STAFF!!!! I now have a remote in each car as back up

Kevin S. was wonderful. Leading up to the appointment he was extremely communicative and was even able to come early, which was great. During the appointment he thoroughly explained all of the options with me and was very clear and answered every question I had fully and without the slightest bit of irritation (and I asked a TON of questions). He was also extremely patient and did not come in with a typical pressuring sales approach. We ended up deciding to get all the hardware on both of our garage doors replaced and having a garage door opener installed. He was able to do all of it immediately following our decision to go ahead. I continued to ask him questions even while he worked and he was working and he answered everything fully and just as nicely as he had before. After he was ton he went over everything and was able to leave with me feeling extremely comfortable with the new system.
