Precision was in the Valpak ads. The tech removed existing and installed new garage door opener. It did not take much longer to complete the job. The tech gave a walk through how to use the keypad, remotes and push button panel and etc. I am very satisfied with the tech and would want him to complete the 2nd part of the job when I am ready to install a new garage door.

Kevin, the tech from Precision Door Service was terrific. He had previously been to our home to help us with our garage door a few months ago. Today he came and tried our to get our door to open but it wasn't going to work. We discussed our options and we decided it would be best to put in a new unit. Our unit was 12 years old. In less than an hour, Kevin had our garage door up and running. He did everything, even put in new light bulbs. The unit is much quieter than our old unit. He explained how everything worked and we tested it. He was very personable and knew about the unit. I didn't have to first shop around for a unit and then find someone to put it up. This was terrific. He had the unit with him and now our garage door is working perfectly. Thank you Kevin and thank you Precision door. I would definitely recommend you to our friends.

Our 14 year garage door opener had failed and I was able to have someone come out within 2 days of my phone call to give me an estimate. Kevin and Robert found that the four pulley wheels were of the old aluminum type and had to be replaced.One of the four pulley wheels was damaged and was causing the door to hesitate when closing or opening the garage door. Upon replacement off the four new type pulley wheels the door functioned normally. Good job by Kevin and robert.
