Our garage door opener was not working and we had used Precision before so we called again. Kevin came out and took a look at the garage door opener. It was an old door opener so it was to our benefit to replace it than to keep repairing it. So Kevin install the new one and it works perfectly. Very happy with the service and the communication with Kevin.

From the beginning: (my phone call) to the end, (when job was completed) I can't recall anything that could be done better. Very nice girl made an appointment for next morning. Kevin Stasiak was here at exact time we agreed on, in 5 minutes he explained what's wrong with the door, gave me an estimate and after my OK, started working. He did an excellent job, the door works like new. And then he took his time to explain to me how the door should be maintained to avoid problems in the future. I am very pleased with the quality of Kevin's service and Precision Door service. Will be happy to recommend your company to friends and neighbors.

I've been using Precision to service our garage doors for years, they installed our opener and I call them whenever we have a problem. The technicians that come to the house are always knowledgable and polite. Kevin S came to our house recently to install cables for safety into the springs and he is an asset to your company, friendly and efficient. I have no reason to call any other company when it comes to garage doors and garage door openers.

There where a few unforeseen problems in the beginning but Kevin took the time and effort to make everything work. I love my new garage door opener. The unit is very smooth and quite, the safety sensor is great, the automated light switch is awesome and the unit tells even me the time and temperature!!!

Kevin S. came to my house on 11/4/13 with recommended new garage new opener to be installed. My garage opener was over 24 years old and not closing correctly. Kevin informed me of inability to adjust old opener to repair after performing his inspection attempting to correct. I approved installation of new Precision opener after Kevin answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He was polite, efficient and showed me the complete workings of my new unit. Precision has now installed 2 new Lift Masters at my home. They call back, they call ahead, they show up on time and they do the work without issue. The trucks make a good appearance and the techs are always neat and professional. They Explain what needs to be done and they never have to "go back to the shop" mid-repair. It is also good to know that Precision does background checks and drug tests on their employees. Highly recommended.

The sensors on my Garage Door were not working properly so I had searched online for a reliable repair company and came across Precision Door. I put my request in for a quote on Saturday, someone called me back Sunday and someone was out to my house Monday! Kevin was very friendly and professional in diagnosing the problem, he had everything fixed in no time! If I ever need to replace by Garage Door I will definitely be coming back to Precision.

Kevin was professional, prompt and efficient. Our door would not close by pushing the button and as it turned out the electronic eyes or sensor were not lined up. He discovered this immediately, made the adjustment and took the time to explain everything. The only negative thing I have to comment about is that your advertisement includes a $25 coupon off the regularly priced service call of $69 - I specifically asked the customer service rep when I called in about the use of it as well as what the $69 charge covered. I was led to believe that the $25 could be taken off the $69 if that was the only charge incurred. Kevin told me that the $25 would only be applied if he had charged me an additional labor charge, which thankfully he did not. Overall, I feel the service provided and the peace of mind in having my door working again was well worth the $69!
