As a technician, he truly enjoys fixing garage doors and interacting with all of the homeowners he meets each day. He's obsessed with the NY Mets & NY Jets. Our 14 year garage door opener had failed and I was able to have someone come out within 2 days of my phone call to give me an estimate. Kevin arrived on time and even called to let me know an approximate arrival time. He introduced himself and his partner and explained the process to me. We needed a new opener and they were able to install one, including the key pads and remotes at that same visit for a reasonable, competitive price. They installed the unit quickly and efficiently and we couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Kevin and Robert found that the four pulley wheels were of the old aluminum type and had to be replaced.One of the four pulley wheels was damaged and was causing the door to hesitate when closing or opening the garage door. Upon replacement off the four new type pulley wheels the door functioned normally. Good job by Kevin and robert.

The original problem was a broken spring but when Kevin, the service technician checked the situation we decided to rebuild the door and replace all the parts. Kevin was professional and knowledgeable. My doors are manual but we will be having 2 garage door openers installed by your company hopefully next week once I have my electrician install an outlet in one of the garages. Christina in your office was very helpful explaining the options of garage door openers. We have used Precision in the past and was satisfied with your work. I grew up in Pequannock so it's nice to support a business in my hometown.

Your service tech Kevin S. called a half hour before he was due to let me know he was enroute. He arrived on time and told me what needed to be done to have my door operate at maximum efficiency and gave me a price for the job. He then repaired my door within 1 hour replacing springs, rollers, pulleys and safety cables lubed and tested my door and had it working better than new. He was polite, conscientious and efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Kevin arrived within timeframe promised. He suggested what we needed, installed and finished in under 90 minutes. He explained the apparatus and all the accessories. Left me feeling comfortable and confident with the entire process. I'd reccomend Precision to anyone needing garage service.
