I just did a garage door repair on one of my doors. Technician said I needed to replace all the hardware, but didn't need to replace the doors which could be sanded down & re-painted at a later date. It was still more expensive than I was expecting, but technician was prompt and explained what needed to be done.

I had an excellent experience even though it turned out I cannot be helped today. Kevin came to my house and was on time and gave advance notice. He was polite and professional. He advised me that they could not help me with my problem due to the type of motors I currently have and the space limitations in my garage. When it comes time to replace my system I will definitely be calling Precision first. He also did not charge me for the visit because he could not help and was only here 20 minutes or so. Nice surprise!

I want to rate 5 stars (each) to Kevin and Tommy today for tackling a super tough job - getting my garage door open!! I had an old (30 yrs) garage door opener and 1 bad remote that decided to quit. I called Precision on a Saturday evening and I was booked with an appt for Tuesday (that was perfect!) The auto text msg feature confirming my and reminding me of who was coming was great! Kevin called to let me know he was on his way (which was nice). Within 15-20 min after, he and Tommy showed up, and then I had to deliver scary news - no other way to get into the garage!! They made phone calls and tried to pair a new remote to my opener, but nothing worked. It was a dire situation and not looking good. I was willing to let them cut the door and dismantle it, and I went into the house while they continued to work the problem. Approximately 5 minutes later, I heard a noise and saw that they had opened the door! Ahhhh!! So happy!!! The door was not damaged either! I immediately gave them permission to install a new garage door opener and it is gorgeous and working! I cannot say enough how much I appreciate these guys - they are top notch, professional (and strong too!!) Thank you - thank you - thank you again!!!

Garage door was not working. I called Precision and within minutes received a text confirmation of my appointment for the same day, then a text giving me the name and photo of my technician. Kevin and trainee (Phil) called to say they would arrive in fifteen minutes. My problem was diagnosed and repaired (new springs, new rollers, etc) in less than 45 minutes. Kevin and Phil were polite and thoroughly explained all options in a way that I could understand. Kevin also had to listen to my frustration with another garage service that had wasted three weeks of my time, scheduling appointments for which they didn’t show, etc, and he even apologized for THEM that I had gone through so much bad service! I highly recommend Precision!
