Our technician, Kevin, came early (after calling first) and promptly diagnosed the problems. Greatly appreciated the ability to book my appointment date and time online. My technician, Kevin, was excellent. He called in advance to let me know his arrival time and provided me with a full evaluation of my opener and doors in a friendly and professional manner. He replaced my opener, springs and rollers in just over an hour and now the doors barely make a noise which can be heard within the house. Further, it allowed me to work inside without issue.
