Kevin was the technician. I told him what the problem was, he explained a solution to fix it and fixed it within a half hour. He was extremely courteous, respectful and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone needing anything to do with garages.

This was my first time using Precision and I would use them again. Their customer communication tools (emails, texts and phone calls) were extremely detail oriented and timely. Technician was professional, knowledgeable and had all the materials to complete our fix insight. I didn’t get a chance to compare pricing vs another contractor and would guess that Precision is on the higher end but you get what you pay for.
Hey Nate! Letting you know who will arrive and when helps show Precision is a name you can trust, before we even arrive at your home. A fully stocked truck allows us to complete a garage door repair in just one visit, saving you money and time! We hope you'll remain a customer of Precision for years to come!

I highly recommend Precision Overhead Door Service. Kevin the technician was so knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what needed to be done. He finished the work in less than 20 minutes, and he gave me a very reasonable price. I’m so happy to have my door working better than ever!

We have had a really great experience with Precision Door. Kevin helped us extend the life of our garage door/opener when we first moved in (installation of new springs, which are still under warranty) and, 6 years later, recently installed a new motor for us. When it became clear there was an issue with the motor, Kevin returned and wouldn’t rest until the issue was resolved, which meant swapping out the motor for a new one (the very next morning!). The phone staff is friendly and Kevin is not only a skilled technician, he is a very kind and personable human. I highly recommend Precision Door.
Hi Laurie! Thank you for the kind words regarding Kevin's service. We're glad he was able to replace your aged opener with a new LiftMaster model. We look forward to helping you with any future garage door needs!

I just received outstanding service. The repair representative called ahead and arrived on time. He was extremely kind and professional - explaining everything without being condescending. He worked quickly and efficiently in 85-degree heat without complaining. (I could not offer him ice water because I had no power, but he assured me he was okay.) He completely fixed the problem and left me his card, should there be future issues. I was very impressed with him and, therefore, your company. Thank you!

Precision was great from start to finish. Our call was answered immediately and we got a service appointment the next day. Our technician, Kevin, came early (after calling first) and promptly diagnosed the problems. He gave us estimates for different options and started the work right away, finishing the set up of two doors within two hours. He took the time to walk us through the new system and make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Precision.
Thank you for the review, Stephanie! We believe that communication is very important, from the arrival time of the technician, to estimates, and educating homeowners on their garage door systems. Thanks for choosing Precision for your garage door repair!

Paid Precision door over 600 to repair my garage door on Wednesday By Sunday the door would not close. It appears that the cables on both sides of the door had no tension, became loose and came out of the rollers.
