We have had a really great experience with Precision Door. Kevin helped us extend the life of our garage door/opener when we first moved in (installation of new springs, which are still under warranty) and, 6 years later, recently installed a new motor for us. When it became clear there was an issue with the motor, Kevin returned and wouldn’t rest until the issue was resolved, which meant swapping out the motor for a new one (the very next morning!). Precision was great from start to finish. Our call was answered immediately and we got a service appointment the next day. Paid Precision door over 600 to repair my garage door on Wednesday By Sunday the door would not close. It appears that the cables on both sides of the door had no tension, became loose and came out of the rollers.
