Very professional service. My scheduled time was 8a-12p. I got a call at 8a telling me my position in line. Later, 15 minutes prior to arrival, called to tell me they were on the way. Kevin Stasiak did the repair on my garage. He was very professional and clearly explained what needed to be done. When the job was finished, the garage was immaculate and the garage doors worked as if they were brand new. I will definitely call again if I have issues.

I have used Precision in past for a broken spring so when I had an issue with the garage door not fully opening I looked at their web page, like that they have a fully stocked truck, come out to service quickly, in my case 3 hours after I called. From rep handling my call to my service person, Kevin S were all friendly and courteous. So much that after Kevin completed his job and now late in day, I had a question, called Precision and they said they would have Kevin call me the next morning, and he did, again, very friendly and knowledgeable. Every thing about this company is top notch. I will say they are a bit expensive, but my emergency situation was handled the same day I called and to me it was all worth it.

Kevin notified me that he was on his way, well within the anticipated time frame. He was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Within a few minutes he notified me that I needed a new opener. The current one was very old. He gave me pricing for a new opener and installation. Because the pricing was very high, I temporarily declined until I had time to evaluate my options.

The technician came to my house early, which normally would be great but when they called to ask me about this I said I would be on a work call and it wouldn’t work for me. The technician was rude- and quoted me an outrageous number and was justifying it. Since it was right before Christmas I needed it fixed I agreed. Then after the work was completed the invoice made zero sense- I have called the main office multiple times. Twice I was told someone would call me back to discuss the matter and NO one has called. I would never recommend this company and recommend you stay away from them.

The technician Kevin Stasiak removed our old genie garage door system and replaced it with a new LiftMaster system. My husband and I found Kevin to be very knowledgeable as he answered all our questions And programmed all the devices needed to operate the door. The removal of the old garage door opener system and the installation of the new system went fast. He cleaned up the area where he worked and when he was totally completed, asked if we had any additional questions that he could help us with. Precision door systems should be proud they have an employee like Kevin.

We've owned our home for 21 years and had Precision come out 3 times. Always a quick response, fair price and great work done. This time I received a call saying the technician was delayed. The online appointment scheduling was amazing and very easy. The communication via text and email after booking the appointment was also incredible. I had garage doors installed by another company in Monmouth county in my Essex county ( they installed doors when I lived in Monmouth county and installed in this home again) home. When I called for a repair, they said they wouldn’t come up here again. They referred me to use Precision Overhead Garage Doors and said they were excellent, they weren’t lying. I called them this Monday. I apologize I forgot the woman who answered the phones name. She was very professional and but cordial as well. She gathered all my information and said can we come tomorrow, is that okay? With the pandemic in place, I was aghast. Usually, when I have called other companies for other work on my home, they are giving a 2-3 week turnaround date. Of course tomorrow was great, she gave me a time span of 8am-12pm for tech to arrive. Next morning the tech called me @ 7:45 am and said he was on his way, would be at my house by 8am. Shocking. Jason arrived, looked at the doors and said whoever installed the doors, they did not use the correct rails to accommodate the garage door opener. Originally, I was told there was a $69 service; however, Jason waived that fee. Jason explained if I couldn’t rectify this issue with original installer, just call us back and they would figure out how to resolve this problem and then he left. I really could not believe how fast and professional this company was at customer service. I would highly recommend calling this company for any of your garage door needs. Some of the one stars you see on these google reviews, in my opinion, are miserable people that Mother Theresa would not be able to make happy. They look or pray for something to be wrong so they can proclaim and spread their negativity. I am being totally honest and genuine, I have nothing to gain from writing this review except to help you the Google reviewer make the correct choice.
