Very impressed with this company. A little profile of the tech who would be doing the repair came in a text a bit before he arrived. Very nice idea. I cannot be happier or more satisfied with Precision Overhead Garage Service and with Kevin S., the Senior Service Technician who came to our house to repair our garage door, which failed to open because the motor had apparently failed. From the moment I called and spoke to the receptionist to set up the appointment to the moment that Kevin drove away, having repaired our garage door and completed the job, everything went smoothly and perfectly. I have an older Lift Master Model 2500 opener, vintage 2004. Recently, I lost the ability to use my remote and Home link. I have many power outages in my area, I surmise that my logic board (41A5507-B) was compromised, at the time I didn't have a surge protector. I tried to find a replacement, but to no avail. Your technician, KEVIN STASIAK, suggested using the Lift Master 889LM with the 863MAX remote to regain this functionality. This fixed my issue at a very reasonable cost. KEVIN is very knowledgeable and I would rely on him to address any garage door issues. Kudos to KEVIN STASIAK.

We had just use Precision to fix one of our garage doors, just like they did several years ago on our other garage door. We surely wouldn't use any other service provider to take care of our needs. No fuss and the job is done, which is a compliment to all the people that work with Precision.

I used this company because they were so highly rated. My garage door was still working but would only open part way and stop. When Kevin arrived I told him what was happening with the door and what I had tried in the process of troubleshooting. He told me it would probably cost more to repair it then it was worth and started to hard sell a whole new garage door opener. I asked him if he could fix mine and he continued to sell a new system. The price was from $1600 to replace the one most like mine. I told him no and was going to have my son look at it first. After he left, I got the manual out an found out that the place where the door stops is easily adjustable. I went out this morning and had it working as good as new in 5 minutes. I am 80 years old and use my garage opener several times a day every day. I am lucky that I sad no. Kevin told me he had been doing this for 11 years. I paid $73 for the service call. I am sure Kevin new how to fix it but choose to try to sell me a new opener. I hardly ever leave negative feedback on service people but I am sure this will save some people from being gouged by this company.
