Your Tech Thomas Sackmann was courteous & professional. He called ahead of his arrival and arrived during the time frame stated in the appt. confirmation (actually at the beginning - which was good). He explained my options for the job as well as the cost. He effected the repairs I requested and performed them efficiently and effectively.
