I get a lot of advertising from your company and at the same times I get advertising from Door To Door. I have used your company a total of 3 times now (each time $600 plus), although expensive I have been very satisfied with the work done and the technicians that did it, as well as the fast and prompt service. However, I find your advertising to be very misleading in a lot of ways. For example, who knew that the waiving of the service fee when the installation of a new garage door opener was done was considered a promotion and or discount, thereby disallowing me the $50.00 off coupon for any Liftmaster opener??!! The technician Tommy called the office and all they would give me was $25.00 not $50.00. It does not make sense Also, did I get the free trolley shield mentioned below? And what about the Senior Citizen Discount. Please be sure Owner Doug sees this review, otherwise I will call him as the email suggests. Thx.
