He went above and beyond to assist us including getting approval for several discounts and for installing a safety latch on our broken garage door so we can have piece of mind that no one can get into the garage until the new door arrives.. I was very pleased with Roberto's professionalism and intuitiveness. He came up with a solution in fixing the door sensor. He was clean, courteous and spoke to me before he started the job and then when he was finished he explained the cost of my bill (which I have to admit was higher than I anticipated). Emergency situation and the technician, John, was able to come out on a cold rainy Sunday with short notice. He explained everything, was able to close the stuck garage door and suggested we replace it. Definitely 5 star service, but I deducted 1 star because the quote for the new door was considerably higher than we were able to find elsewhere.
