I called Precision because I needed a new keypad for my garage door. They were able to come the same day between 2 & 6 PM. Luke showed up, he actually called and came a little early. He was very pleasant and professional. He changed the pad and got me out with plenty of time to run errands. Thanks Luke, great customer service. 5 Stars ??!

One of the springs broke and I wasn't able to open my garage door and it was after 9pm. I went on the internet looking for a reputable company to call, once I read all of the 5 star reviews I knew this was the company I wanted to fix my door. They set up an appt for the next morning. Chris was my tech and he took the time to explain what needed to be replaced and what would be the best option. He was very polite and knowledgeable and when he was done there wasn't a mess left behind! He was awesome and did a great job! I would highly recommend this company.

Jack was here today at my home and his courteous and helpful nature would make me return again. He made me feel extremely confident in what he was doing to correct my broken spring on my garage door and took the time to explain and show me everything that was fixed. It is employees like this that represent your company in an extremely beneficial way. I will be returning to Precision Door again for all of my garage door repairs. Our tech Chris, was the nicest man. He called to see if he could arrive early because he had finished a job in the area. That worked great for me!! Chris inspected both the garage doors, one was a quick fix and the second he put in new parts in no time. He was really fast!! I just wish the weather wasn't so hot and humid.

Called at 7:30am to schedule an appt for a broken garage door spring, received a 2-6pm window for a same day appt. Luke called 25 minutes prior to arriving (2pm), gave me a rundown of the necessary work and pricing, and finished the entire job within 70 minutes. EXCELLENT! Definitely a 5. Service was prompt, with follow up. Amiable! Kudos, especially to LOU, technician. It is difficult to explain the problems encountered but Precision stayed with us from one day, and early into the next day with a solution. Problems solved with aplomb and at a very reasonable cost. It is surprising to have a large company take such personal interest in a customer in this day and age. Thank you.
