The price for repair was higher than replace all doors and motors with brand new stuff. Before you call this company you should know that few hundred dollars repair will cost you thousands. They also charge you $74 even if they don’t do any work.

Chris K. is a personable young man who is very pleasant. He explained all options. what he’s planning to do and finished the job with no time wasted. He also explained how to operate the new garage door opener and the included warranty. I will not hesitate to specifically request his services should we need Precision in the future. Thank you.

I had damage to my garage door and Ryan Murphy was highly professional and knowledgeable in assessing the extent of the damage and explaining the options. He inspected the entire door and track assembly for safety risks and evaluated the overall condition. He represents your company very well and I highly recommend Ryan and Precision.

New garage door. Previous customer. Our technician Luke was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely empathetic to our situation and made recommendations based on our specific needs. He went above and beyond to assist us including getting approval for several discounts and for installing a safety latch on our broken garage door so we can have piece of mind that no one can get into the garage until the new door arrives.. Luke is a great representative and credit to your company. I would highly recommend Luke.

I was very pleased with Roberto's professionalism and intuitiveness. He came up with a solution in fixing the door sensor. He was clean, courteous and spoke to me before he started the job and then when he was finished he explained the cost of my bill (which I have to admit was higher than I anticipated). I would have no problem recommending Precision Door.

Wilmer Bucardo responded to a request for servicing a problematic plastic shield that wouldn't close securely. He arrived right on time, brought with him the correct replacement part, was perfectly polite and professional and met all of the COVID procedures. He not only replaced the part but also gave me a good tip on how to close the shield going forward.
