I got a new garage door and a new garage door opener. Both the employee who did the estimate (Peter O) and the employee who did the installation (Brian Sc) were fantastic! I am very happy with the product I purchased and the way it is working. I am also very happy with how quickly this all happened - from scheduling the estimate to ordering the door, to scheduling the installation (i.e. the home office support was great too!) While I was disappointed to learn that I needed a new garage door and opener, the staff of Precision Door were very professional and helped to minimize the overall impact. Eric worked with me by phone while my wife was on-site. He provided answers to all of my questions and followed-up on all discussions and decisions. Rodrigo and his partner (installer) showed-up went right to work and did a great job. He took the time to demonstrate the new system and ensure I was comfortable before he left the job-site. My wife and I are very happy with our door and the system is so quiet and functional. We are glad we made the change. I must say that all of the staff we dealt with either by phone or in person were very professional and pleasant. AND it is nice to know there are companies out there that still support the military. Great Job!

The customer service rep. on the phone was terrific and the service technicians who came to the house to make the required repairs arrived at the requested time and did exactly what they said they would do. The only issue that came up was the warranty, which I was informed was 90 days but I had to request the paperwork for that. The technicians were otherwise respectful, informative, clean and did their work in what I observed to be a reasonably prompt and competent manner. Your company charges a bit more for repairs than the last contractor we utilized 3 years ago, but the service was terrific and your company was able to accommodate my very busy schedule, which I sincerely appreciate. You might find someone cheaper, but not better, from my viewpoint.
