It took a month from request to installation. It doesn't matter what caused it because the client only sees that the product is delivered to his satisfaction. In the end, the product will say it all. The service guys were at their best but any comment on the product will have to wait for sometime until I'm sure it does not fail in the next month or so. In any client business relationship, it is Trust that binds them. I believe Precision hits this mark.

Great experience from the get go. Purchased a deal on Angie's list and called to schedule. The scheduler was courteous and flexible. Kevin, the technician was great. On the day of, he called in the morning to give a more accurate idea of when he'd be there and asked if I'd like a call 30 minute before he would arrive (who wouldn't?). As promised, he called 30 mins ahead and arrived more or less exactly in the middle of the 1.5 hour window that he said he'd arrive in. When he got there, he inspected the situation and informed us of our options. Informative and helpful, not pushy. My wife and I had work obligations so we couldn't hover over him, but when the job was done, the garage worked perfectly and the area was cleaned up like he was never there.

Precision put up my garage door opener in 2009 & had to replace th battery in 2011 & today. There customer service is exceptional.. They are courteous & call before the appt & if they're running late . They accept coupons & AAA discounts too. I would highly recommend them.
