A friend referred Precision to me for garage door repair. I was so happy the customer service rep was able to book a service appointment for the next day when I called. The service technician, Kevin, was prompt and courteous and explained how everything worked before he left. I also liked that Kevin called the morning of the appointment giving a time frame for his arrival. I will definitely call Precision in the future!

I called in the morning and was able to get a technician to respond in the afternoon. Everything was explained clearly on what needed to be fixed and the cost. The work was done quickly and the tech showed me what was replaced before receiving payment. Very satisfied with the service I received.

Although I was late in the time frame window, I appreciate the fact that the previous customers were given the time and expertise their situation needed. I called Precision because I could not get two other companies to return my calls, plus my Mom recommended you from a previous service years ago. You answered the phone right away and made an appointment for the next morning and the tech was on time and really courteous. He did a great job and was quite fast at the repair. Precision came out to me in April when I needed a new garage door motor. Kevin came out. He was very professional and personable. We loved our new opener. It was quiet and fast. Yesterday for some reason my remote stopped working. Kevin came out again today. He replaced my remote with a new one and made sure it worked. It was a pleasure to see him again. I was confident that he would solve our issue and we would love our opener again!!! He did not disappoint me.

I used Precision Door earlier this year to change the motor and keypad for one of my doors. This time I did the same for the other door plus changing the rollers, springs, .. for both doors. James was very professional, explained everything clearly beforehand, and was very timely and neat in completing the job. I would highly recommend him!
