Lou and Brian just worked on my garage door, replacing various parts that were in desparate need or replacement. All work was completed after an explanation of why it needed to be done and how it would be done. The door now sounds like a brand new door. I am very pleased with the service and both Lou and Brian were wonderful to work with---they took plenty of time to explain things to me and I appreciated that. Our technician was courteous, timely and very helpful. He called to let us know he would be a bit earlier than our scheduled time, which was wonderful! It is fantastic that they do not charge anything additional for a Saturday or Sunday call. With a new baby at home it was great to schedule on a day when my husband would be home rather than trying to work around the baby's schedule during the week.

Kevin came to do an inspection & repair. One week later, Erik conducted a follow-up inspection and installed a new garage door opener. Both were friendly and highly professional. The only criticism was that the second tech was not informed about what happened on the first call. Outside of that, highly recommended! Keep up the good work.
