Tim just came out to give me an estimate on a new garage door. He was extremely professional, thorough and honest. I have done extensive renovations on my home over the last 10 years and dealt with a lot of different contractors and servicemen. He was by far, the nicest and easiest to work with. Also, Precision's prices were very fair as I had gotten two other estimates. I'm excited for my new garage door installation in a few weeks!

Was told Greg M. would be here for a 12 - 4 appointment today. At 11:42 he called and said he would be to us in about 20 minutes according to his GPS and sure enough - he was! Replaced the spring and advised us on other issues to watch for, as our system is VERY old and tired. He is honest, forthright, and a pleasure to deal with.
