Kevin S. at Precision serviced my garage door. He was on time, honest, professional, and very knowledgeable. Kevin performed a tune-up and replacement of PDS rollers and operating cables. He reviewed safety checkpoints and made observations and recommendations. He was efficient, thorough and neat. My experience with Kevin was positive and I would use Precision again thanks to him.

Kevin was great! He phoned me twice giving me a heads up as to when he would arrive. He was professional, courteous and knew his job and explained exactly the pros and cons of what was available and in his opinion what was the best thing to do. He wasn't pushy and was able to get me an additional discount because I really didn't have the means to get it all done at once. Whitney was great too! Both were very friendly and knowledgeable about the install of the garage door opener. He completed the job in a timely manner and i'm glad I made the decision to get a complete overhaul of my garage door opener! Great employees! I would recommend Precision Garage Door~

Kevin was courteous, professional and on time. Not only did he call to let me know when he would arrive but called again when he was on his way. Kevin came the day after I called, on our garage door problem. A spring was broken and the door movement was terrible. Kevin assessed the situation and recommended a complete rebuild replacing wheels, cables, pulleys etc. We decided on a new opener to quiet the operation and update the opener. Kevin was most professional in his knowledge of garage doors, their operation, proper alignment, etc. He worked efficiently and completed the work in 2 hours, working late as we had to travel the next day. Overall, work & service done was superb and exceeded my expectations.

I saw the Precision adv on the web. It offered just what we needed. Brandon, the technician, listened to what was needed, gave us an estimate and we were in business. He replaced the molding, hammered in the loose wood, replaced the weather stripping and was finished. The price was right, job well done, very neat, took about 40 minutes. Good job!!

Lou was very nice and very pleasant to deal with. He did a good job for us. The drive gear on our garage door opener had shredded from use and the door no longer lifted. The technician came sooner than expected and made the repair quickly. He explained the issue I had and was eager to answer any of my questions. He checked my system and saw it was brand new and in good shape. He also commented that I had purchased a top of the line garage door. I would strongly recommend this system, and Precision, to anyone interested in buying a new garage door opener system.
