I want to commend Eric for the outstanding work he did on my garage door. Eric is a fine young man, very professional, courteous & well mannered. Precision should feel very proud to have Eric as a member of their team. The only complaint I have that Eric is a Dallas fan but he can be forgiven as he also supports the NY Mets.

Technician Lou, was fast, smart, precise and overall great. The install of my new unit was quick but he paid very close attention to all details. My old garage unit was slow, old and my door creaked and shook constantly. Lou got the new unit installed and spruced up my door with new parts and my garage unit and door literally don't make a sound! I would highly recommend, don't call anyone else call Precision right away!

I was so pleased with the service call yesterday. Our technician, Kevin, was prompt, courteous, and fixed my garage door in record time (at least to me). This is the second time my family has worked with this company, and it has been a pleasure both times, which is why I will continue to use them. Stephanie, Wayne NJ
