A 5 Star Garage Door Repair. I have used Precision before. The advertising was interesting but did not affect my decision.. Technician Kevin clearly explained the repairs that would be necesary, and we discussed the alternatives before selecting the best one. The work was done both promptly and acurrately. 5 stars for your technician Rob Zuniga, very nice and professional explaining the problem with the garage door. 4 star on getting the appointment at first, my wife set up the appt. and was fine 4pm - 8pm we get a call that day at 8 am when we're at work saying they don't have appt. after 4pm - I took off work early to make sure in keeping appt. then to hear that message ! Lost money in trying to keep appt. plus expense of fixing! Not too pleased with that. Your technician Rob excellent.. Circuit board replaced not on your list below.
