Our technician, Erik Holder, was the best! He analyzed the problem and put in new openers, which other techs and other companies had not wanted to do. It was a lot of work, as our openers were 50 years old, but he brought us up to date. The price was right. I would recommend this company immediately.

Precision Doors primary business is garage door service and installation but ultimately they are in the customer service business and the way they conduct themselves proves this. My appointment was set for 8-12. At 8:22 AM, Pete (the technician) called me to let me know he was on his way and would be here by 9. He arrived on time, explained every aspect of the repair and allowed me to inspect the work before he left. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to my friends and family.

Kevin was our service Tech. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable . He called 20 minutes before arrival to confirm our appointment and arrived on time. Once there, he assessed the needed repair and went to work. He had all necessary parts on his truck and replaced both springs in less than 30 minutes. Purchased an Angie's List deal for a tune up with roller replacement. I also had a pulley fail that was replaced at an extra cost. The service was excellent. My tech, Kevin Bond was very friendly and professional. Explained everything he was going to do and just got to work. He did a great job and came early in the appt window I was given. I'm very happy and will use Precision again without hesitation.
