Precision responded to my home and installed a new garage door opener, belt drive, remotes and keypad. The installer arrived when scheduled. The installer explained everything he was going to do. After he installed the new garage door, he programmed the remotes and keypad. He even programed my wife's car to opened the garage door. The installer was very professional and I would recommend Precision to my family and friends.

I had two new garage door openers installed. Excellent service. Kevin, the technician, carefully explained the product, helped ensure the needed electrical work was done, and clearly demonstrated everything he had installed. He was professional and well informed. Also very neat. If it hadn't been for the fact that I needed an electrician, the garage door openers would have been installed within 12 hours of my call. I am very happy with your service and love the motion sensor lights on the openers. I definitely would recommend your company.

Not long after I moved to my new house, the cables came loose off my garage door. Rob Z. was the technician who came out to service my garage, and he quickly diagnosed the issue, noting that the previous owners made a repair using equipment for a heavier door, forcing the motor to work harder. Rob Z was very courteous, and clearly explained the issues, as well as the pending resolution. In the end, due to the age of the motor in my home, and my concerns that there would be additional issues, I decided to pull the trigger on a new opener. Rob Z went through the options with me, and was clear with the pricing so that there were no surprises when it was time to settle the bill. Rob did a great job with the install, and managed to remain positive and courteous, despite working on one of the coldest days this winter. The lifetime warranty makes me feel better about committing to a new opener. Also, I highly recommend Rob Z as a technician. He provided great service, and is a great representative for Precision Door. I would use Precision again, based off this experience.

Our service was great! The installer Brian Scott (Passaic County) did a great job and was very professional. He explained everything in detail of what he was going to do. As he was installing the door he realized that he was missing a part. He was very apologetic about that and even went out of his way to go get the part that he needed. He was back within 20mins and continued installing the door. When he was all done he made sure that everything was clean and done properly. Brain even asked us to test the system 4 times just to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. I am very happy with the work and service that he provided us. Brian is a great guy and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a door installed.

The company and the technician, Lou, both deserve 5 stars. My garage door would not go down on a bitter cold day and Precision was able to fit me into the schedule even though it meant that Lou had to work a very long day.
