Precision Doors primary business is garage door service and installation but ultimately they are in the customer service business and the way they conduct themselves proves this. My appointment was set for 8-12. At 8:22 AM, Pete (the technician) called me to let me know he was on his way and would be here by 9. He arrived on time, explained every aspect of the repair and allowed me to inspect the work before he left. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to my friends and family.

Kevin was our service Tech. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable . He called 20 minutes before arrival to confirm our appointment and arrived on time. Once there, he assessed the needed repair and went to work. He had all necessary parts on his truck and replaced both springs in less than 30 minutes. Precision Garage Door is truly a professional organization and I would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

Precision replaced two garage door openers, keypads and remotes. Scheduling was easy and fast. The installer (Lou) was on time. His work was superb and the job site was left clean and neat. Friendly, courteous, good people. Not cheap but a fair price. Precision is very good.

Purchased an Angie's List deal for a tune up with roller replacement. I also had a pulley fail that was replaced at an extra cost. The service was excellent. Erik was fantastic. We had found Precision on Angie's List for a garage door tune up with replacement rollers and were highly impressed with his work. Erik was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The price was very good as well. Definitely would recommend them.
