In addition to having a new garage door opener installed, I also had some repairs done to the garage door. Anthony and his partner were very professional and did a great job. They were efficient and got the job done quickly. The new opener and rebuilt garage door are quiet as a whisper. I am quite pleased with the results.

Five star treatment and five star results; Ben & Tim were 100% customer service oriented. On a Friday afternoon, they had every opportunity to bail.........but they hung tough and did the job professionally and to the script. It was a credit to Ben that if he couldn't diagnose the problem, he wasn't afraid to ask for assistance. He knew where to get the answers and easily handled all repairs and adjustments. Tim was just as beneficial in reapairing or making adjustments to a 3rd door while Ben attended to the other primary concerns. Both are great representativesof the company.

Also corrected a couple of problems of which I was not aware. I would also like to honorably mention Henry (Last Name removed by moderator), lead technician, who installed the automatic door opener in 9/07. Worked very hard and did an excellent job.

I was very impressed with Vince! Quite frankly, many years ago, I used Precision and felt like I received a sales pitch. I hesitated to call Precision again but Iâ??m glad I did. I wound up having a very different experience with Vince. He was knowledgeable, explained why he felt certain services were necessary but I trusted him. The recommended job was expensive so I wasnâ??t ready to move forward yet. However, when I do I will be sure to call Precision and will definitely request working with Vince!
