I was surprised how quiet the door is now and feel a lot safer with the keypad for outside entrance for the garage

Ron was great. He came out in a snowstorm, late in the evening. Very professional and we really appreciated his hard work, especially as it was so cold. This was the second time we used Precision Garage Door to repair our door. Last fall we replaced the motor. This time a cable broke and when Ron came to inspect the door/hardware, he discovered we needed new cables, pulleys, rollers and springs. In addition we did not have safety cables in our springs so we were very lucky the old one didnâ??t damage our car when it broke. Ron was very thorough and helpful. We were disappointed that the initial tech person gave us no indication that there was any wear on the cable when he replaced the motor. As a matter of fact, his inspection sheet gave us good checks on all parts except the motor. Had we known last fall how bad things were we would have replaced everything at once. As I said before, we were lucky no damage was done to our car when the cable snapped. Ron took the old cable with him and hopefully showed the previous technician. Ron said the cable had been wearing out for many years so it was something the first tech. should have seen.

I appreciate that the response to my call was timely as well as the warranty. Although I have nothing to compare it to at this point, I ended up spending much more than anticipated but the door is working nicely. Vincent was prompt, polite, professional, and willing to answer the questions of this novice to garage door openers.

Precision is #1 in my book. The day of my appoint I was greeted with a friendly hello by the technician Anthony. He was courteous and professional and very through. He repaired my opener in no time and made sure he reviewed extensively the work he performed. Also the sales assistance was a delight to schedule the appointment and well as the friendly reminder call to let me know they were coming. I would recommend Precision to family and friends.

Vince determined we had a "cross-talk" issue. He spoke with my husband on the phone and my husband suggested "blocking" the infra-red light. Vince was ammenable to that and said he didn′t always have luck with that. We agreed that my husband would try it. If it didn′t work we would be in touch. Today, with the blocking, it seems to be working fine. We used a wood shelf that we had lying around. Vince was very professional, but as a suggestion I think your company should try to rectify this kind of a problem with some sort of effective blocking rather than offer a new garage door opener for $500.00. We really did not "need" to replace the opener. Vince was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Also, I had an original apointment on Monday and your service guy got delayed so I had to reschedule. The service call was reduced by $20.00 because of the reschedule. That was very much appreciated.

Ben came by this morning not only on time but early. He called politely to ask if he could come earlier and I said \"of course\". Ben worked diligently and explained my options in full to me and price points so that I could make the best decision for myself and for my family and most importantly for my budget. Ben (last name removed by moderator) is possibly the most professional person I have had the pleasure of doing business with in quite some time. He installed a new Garage Door opener as well as installed new wheels on to our existing door. He did it quickly, cleanly and helped me program all the cars so that I can now join 2009 and press a button in my car to open and close my garage doors. When my opener malfunctioned, I called the manufacturer and was given your company based on location. I assumed that all I needed was a repair of the motor. When Anthony came for the service call and recommended a new motor and two redoâ??s of two garage doors, I would have assumed that he was working just on comission and just selling something that I did not need. However, he mentioned his credentials and was totally believable. He was courteous, efficient and immaculate. I am so happy with his representation of hyour company. I give him an A plus.
