Ben was absolutely terrific and extremely helpful. Arrived between the hours given by Customer Service, detected the problem quickly and answered my many questions. Also corrected a couple of problems of which I was not aware. I would also like to honorably mention Henry (Last Name removed by moderator), lead technician, who installed the automatic door opener in 9/07. Worked very hard and did an excellent job.

I was very impressed with Vince! Quite frankly, many years ago, I used Precision and felt like I received a sales pitch. I hesitated to call Precision again but Iâ??m glad I did. I wound up having a very different experience with Vince. He was knowledgeable, explained why he felt certain services were necessary but I trusted him. The recommended job was expensive so I wasnâ??t ready to move forward yet. However, when I do I will be sure to call Precision and will definitely request working with Vince!

Vince was very personable as well as very professional. He knew his job well and clearly stated all of the options open to me. He repaired my door, (new spring and reinforcing bar), and retested the automatic door opener and set the values accordingly. He also arrived on time! Good job!

Ben quickly and efficiently replaced two different garage door openers and tested them. He also explained how to program them should they fail to operate. He was right on time when he said he would be. Extremely courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing quality garage door service!

Sorry that I forget the tech guys (two of them) names. They did a great job installing a new spring in my garage door. They came when they said they would and did the job quickly. The office staff is also friendly and helpful.

I personally wouldnâ??t use you again. I was a little thrown off by the cost and I had just had the other side repaired for the same thing and I had the company come out that installed the doors and the cost was about a 5th of what I was charged. I know I was told everything will last longer and was better but you should be given an option, even for the simple repair it was still almost triple in cost compared to what I paid. This is not a good time to be ripping off the consumer.

In your case I know you were displeased with our pricing. I have attempted to reach out to you to no avail. Absent from a conversation with you I can only speculate what your comments are based upon. As you may already know our technicians do not set our prices, the company's management and myself do. Although our prices are not established to be the lowest in the industry we need to make sure we can maintain a profit which will enable us to stand behind our product in the years to come. I can not speak as to why the person who installed your door was less. What I can say is when we install new doors most repair issues for the next five years are serviced with no cost to the customer. Perhaps this is why there was such a disparity between our prices and theirs. I thank you for your feedback and await a response to my calls at your convenience. Regards
