Our technician Charles showed up on time and provided us with great service. He explained to us what needed to be repaired, showed us the worn out parts, gave us an estimate of the repair and then went right to work. Chris fixed my door and I can't say enough good things about this young man. He is polite, professional and he knows his stuff. Every step of the process with Precision has been exceptional. Their website is excellent. The customer ratings and reviews were excellent. The ability to design the doors online was a very nice option in getting a quote from Precision. The Site provides details on the materials and options. The technician, Chris K, who answered all our questions was very knowledgeable, and very friendly and professional. He helped us finalize the order. We are anxious to have final delivery and installation in a week or 2.

Brian was very thorough and explained all of my options and explained his recommendations in terms of repairs to get the door working again. When he was finished, we tested the door and he showed me all of the new parts. He patiently answered all of my questions as well. I don't think it was the cheapest price for the repairs but you get what you pay for I guess. I will use Precision again. Thank you.
