I called Precision early in the morning and they gave me the first appointment The service tech John was very professional. He called with an arrival time estimate and showed up with in 5 mins of the ETA. Explained our options and listen to my concerns. Very polite and courteous. I made an initial call to your company because my garage door opener didn't work. You were referred to me from Dennis/Denise Shann, who spoke very highly of your service and products. (They mentioned Ed's name) Phil Demeo, was the technician who called me ahead to announce his call and he did arrived on time. He was very professional and knowledible in answering all my questions. He assessed my door and wrote up two estimates for me. I will make a decision within the next week . No work was performed today. I would rate your company five stars to this point, in keeping your customers informed from the initial call as to each step and Your interest in resolving my problem.

I think I called just past 9 am and had a text and confirmed appointment for 10 am!!! Brian immediately diagnosed and shared with me all the options as my garages hadn't been serviced since 2003. Brian explained everything clearly and concisely. We decided due to my budget constraints to completely replace all parts, springs, pullies on both doors and install a completely new silent Wi-Fi enabled belt-driven garage door opener on one door. The work was impeccable. I will request Brian next month to complete the other garage door opener for sure. 10 year warranty on parts and labor for the work and functional garage doors has me at peace!

Precision Door sent a very pleasant and knowledgeable technician, Ryan Murphy, who performed a thorough inspection and recommended rebuilding the door hardware and installing a new high tech opener. I agreed and Ryan completed the work quickly and efficiently. What a difference!

John was wonderful. Found problem. Made proper recommendations without overselling (what I was worried about) and fixed issue in timley fashion. I went with cast iron pulleys instead of zinc plated (home depot) type per his recommendation...I felt this was a great idea as they'll last longer. John educated me on a couple of things too.
