Luke was great! He was friendly, explained everything, and took the time to go over it with me in detail. He worked quickly and quietly, and I would have never known he was here he cleaned up so beautifully. Scheduling was quick and easy, Luke arrived on time (actually arrived early, after calling me to make sure it was OK) and I couldn't be happier. I also love that they are paperless, go green! Definitely recommend this company!

Like was extremely knowledgeable about the reasons garage doors don’t operate as intended. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the procedure clearly so that a layman could understand. All necessary materials were on his truck as promised and the job was professionally completed in the projected time frame. It was such a pleasure to do business with Precision! They are very fortunate to have such a kind and knowledgeable technician as Rob Zuniga. He reviewed over all the materials and did his best to give quality advice regarding my garage set-up, and needs as far as purchasing new garage door operating systems in addition to new safety equipment such as new springs, safety cables, etc. Currently, it is bitter cold in northern New Jersey, and Rob worked tirelessly through the bitter temps with no issues at all. The six carriage house doors are stunning and they brighten our day every time we drive up to the house! I can't believe how quite my new door opener is. We thought it was just an old motor, but when they came to install the opener they noticed a number of other real problems, such as broken brackets and seized bearings in the door itself. Cost a little more money that if I had done it myself but they got it done quickly and it works perfectly. Lou was on time, polite and left our garage cleaner than when he showed up.

Precision had installed my new garage door opener in 2015. They came back in 2017 for spring repair/ replacement. Jackson was my technician. He was great! He was very courteous and professional. He replaced everything in under 30 minutes. Door is working great and best of all was under warranty. All expenses , even service call fee , were covered.
