We had 2 new garage doors & openers installed by Precision earlier this year. They have performed flawlessly & we've been completely happy with them. When one of the openers had a failure a few days ago, Precision was quick to schedule a repair at our convenience. The service technicians were knowledgeable, polite, friendly, etc., & the repair was completed quickly. This was a no-cost warranty repair, but I won't hesitate to call Precision if/when I need out-of-warranty service in the future.

We called for service for the circuit board replacement. Matt D. was courteous, called & advised when coming. He replaced the circuit board & unfortunately made slight mistake after installed which effected the motor. He explained what happened & he did right by us and replaced the motor at no additional cost to us. Matt wanted to make sure we we were satisfied and happy with the solution. We were pleased and would use Precision again as well as recommend their services.

Today we had the pleasure of meeting our service tech, Luke S., who was courteous from the moment he called to let us know he was en route until he left. (I'll also note that our garage floor was probably cleaner after he left than when he arrived!) He clearly explained, and demonstrated what had happened to our cables and also provided additional detail regarding our spring (that had snapped) and the rollers on the door. Luke even got our door to close flat against the ground - something that hadn't been the case since we moved in. We purchased a package and are very happy to know we will now have a 10-year warranty. We hope we don't have to call again too soon but have confidence in knowing that our problem would be addressed in a timely, professional and friendly manner again. Thanks for a great job, Luke!

One of the springs broke and I wasn't able to open my garage door and it was after 9pm. I went on the internet looking for a reputable company to call, once I read all of the 5 star reviews I knew this was the company I wanted to fix my door. They set up an appt for the next morning. Chris was my tech and he took the time to explain what needed to be replaced and what would be the best option. He was very polite and knowledgeable and when he was done there wasn't a mess left behind! He was awesome and did a great job! I would highly recommend this company.

Our tech Chris, was the nicest man. He called to see if he could arrive early because he had finished a job in the area. That worked great for me!! Chris inspected both the garage doors, one was a quick fix and the second he put in new parts in no time. He was really fast!! I just wish the weather wasn't so hot and humid.

I must congratulate Precision Door on its quick response to my problem. I first contacted them on a late Monday afternoon and Rob, the technician, was at my house early the next morning to go to work. Rob was not only extremely knowledgeable, but cheerfully answered all my seemingly endless questions. In addition he finished the job in record time! Everything is now working fine. My 40 years of engineering experience put me in a position to evaluate (and appreciate) Rob's expertise.

I chose Precision, looking for the company I used a while back. Turns out it was your company! Eric was knowledgeable and helpful. It would make sense to buy a new door, but we cannot afford it. He put in new springs that included the “safety catch.” It was finished in a timely manner..quite quick, actually. Hoping 5 stars are selected. It is hard to tell.
